房间太脏了！

非常方便，房间很大很干净很温馨，员工都非常nice

免费升级了房间，可能因为第一天刚到我们身上暂时没有零钱，没有给小费所以不是足够热情。和父母一起去的，他们很满意，第一天自己做的饭，环境很好！其中有一个小房间灯很暗，床单不很白。

唯一不好的就是号称有免费WIFI，可是上不去，联系了前台弄了半天也没解决。

地点靠近码头，去外岛坐船非常方便，适合第一天落脚休息。周边地区餐厅林立，有很多美食选择，酒店是公寓式的，设施很齐全，早上起来也可以做一顿简单的早餐，坐在自带的小花园里慢慢享受，非常惬意。我们是一家人住的两居房型，大家都很满意。

We arrived early and eventually were told that due to a glitch in the system they were overbooked. We were moved to their sister property next door, The Palms. It was very lovely, but I have no idea about The Terraces.

Good central place to stay. Nice and quiet

What a hidden gem! This place is fantastic for a large group. We were. Group of six and books a 3 bedroom unit. It was so handy having the full kitchen & washer/drier. The hotel pool was such fun for the kids. We had an issue with our washer and the staff were quick to get it sorted for us. This hotel is right over the road from the port making it super convenient for shopping/food/catching the ferry to the islands. We will be back!! A++

Booked 2 rooms - a 2 and a 3 bedrooms for one night. Apartment sizes, space and facilities available were great. Had everything we needed. Just need a bit of final check to ensure everything is well clean as some things in the bedroom have dusts on them and some towels have visible dirt on them. Food was okay with prices for food and drinks at the cafe were reasonable. Pool need a bit of makeover. Overall nice and big apartments for families.

Yes good condition

Staff were extremely friendly helpful and courteous. Pool was polluted for 2 days before it was closed for repairs. People swam in dirty unfiltered water with associated health risks. Room was functional with kitchen and small laundry combined with bathroom. Additional bed was pull down from fake cupboard. A little inconvenient but comfortable and clean. Overall a positive experience very close to Port Denarau marina.

Very convenient to Port Denarau. Everything you need to be away from home and feel like you’re home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Terraces. Roomy apartment with everything we needed. Staff were friendly, the poolside cafe had great food and drinks. Port Denarau is conveniently just across the road with easy access to day trips, great restaurants and bar choices. Our air conditioner was dripping a lot of water down the wall and this was fixed within the hour of letting them know. Fabulously holiday, we would definitely stay again.

Great safe location and wonderful rooms. Wish they would have a luggage weigh scale.

Check in was efficient but cold. Everything else was fine and all other personal were friendly and helpful

Room was full of cockroaches… everywhere. Staff were great. Cafe on sight had terrible food
