酒店位置很好，出来还可以看到樱花，很方便

地點便利，附近店鋪種類多，離Supermarket五分鐘路程。房間設施齊備，小型廚房用品齊全。

Mantra is lovely however the township of Ettalong has reached its use by date. Few good restaurants you should visit, The Box and Amalfi

Hotel was excellant-only dropped one star as their was only one staff member at reception that greated us each time we walked through-the others kept their heads down. A simple 'welcome back' or 'hi' would have earned top marks.

Bed was ok Con's No Bottles of water supplied Furniture is a bit dated and table wobbly The fumes from the painting in the basement were coming out of the Air vents on level 2 all the way from the lift to the end of the hallway which was pretty toxic to breathe in. Outdoor setting on the verandah is rusted

Room was lovely, very spacious for two couples. Staff were exceptional, warm greeting & helped with any enquiry we had.

Was a nice room , studio with kitchenette , nice to sit out in the balcony looking over the pool

Room was clean and staff friendly.

As soon as I walked in it stank in the room, no aircon near bed without door open and constant light shining in from road on hinterland side, there was mould around the bath and felt it needed a total tile renovation. Also shower head was from many years ago and sprayed everywhere.

Loved our stay - large suite with huge balconies 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & good sized living areas

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly.

Clean room but there was no frying pan or pot in the kitchen.

Room was average previous water damage from bathroom leaks all carpet on that side was peeled back not layed new carpet

The room was not ready fo us. They didn’t empty rubbish from the earlier people that were there. We were wondering if the bed linnen were fres. There was only 1 toilet roll for three people for two days and when we brought it up to the duty manager’s attention she was making all sort of excuses. She said they don’t put more than one toilet roll because people waisted it.
