Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Dining at the hotel restaurant was also very good and prices are reasonable.

Very nice hospitality

Muy buena opción para hospedarse cuando quieres visitar la ciudad de Guadalajara centro. La habitación excelente y muy limpio. Muy atenta el personal que atiende. La comida muy rica. En general las instalaciones padrísimas

Security, front staff and housekeeping super friendly and very attentive to customer service. Beautiful architecture building and accessible. Appreciate that there was always someone at the front desk, front door security guard and hallway staff available 24/7.

Loved the property and their staff is wonderful. The breakfast they offer is authentic Mexican food and that was a nice surprise. The hotel is located in downtown but you feel safe and although it’s updated it doesn’t lose the Mexican flair. Would definitely stay again when we visit Guadalajara.

Beautiful historic property, spacious rooms with high ceilings, elegant setting, friendly staff. Short stroll to the cathedral and the Museo Cabaños. Highly recommend!!

Excellent hotel

El hotel es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Su área de restaurante necesita urgente una renovación. Dejaron el adorno navideño colgando del domo del patio que además está muy oscuro. En la habitación 219 urge que coloquen una coladera atrapa olores porque siempre huele a caño. El policía de la entrada puede ver que uno no puede con la maleta al entrar pero ni se inmuta.

Excelente hotel, problemas en check in por cobro mayor al que me dieron al reservar, pobre atención al cliente en recepción turno vespertino.

La arquitectura muy linda

Great service. Clean room. WiFi worked well. The pool was warm. They offer pool towels and extra wash towels. The following week I went to Hotel Santiago Compostela and had a bad experience that left me wishing I went to hotel morales again.
