Room is cleaned and considerably spacious. Location is excellent. Very generous to have offered some activities free for guests.

Everything was wonderful

Love the hotel and location. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are always a hit, as is Oliver’s for meals. Kept up well enough :)

If you’re a couple do NOT stay here. The pool is like a glorified day care packed right full of children all in the hot tub screaming. They also have multiple lifeguards and it felt like an amusement park. Nothing like the pictures. Also if you walk into the lobby they pump this smell that smells like old woman. It’s so disgusting and wayyyy too strong. We are very disappointed that we stayed here. Wish someone would have warned us. We paid a lot of money and are very disappointed.

I honestly can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. One evening, I accidentally left my wallet, along with all of my bank cards and important documents, on one of the outdoor tables at the hotel. Fortunately, one of the staff members found it and immediately turned it in to the front desk. The next morning, the reception team contacted me, and I was able to recover everything exactly as I had left it. This experience says so much about the integrity and honesty of the staff. Having a team like this gives guests a true sense of security and peace of mind throughout their stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for your outstanding service and genuine care. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

Our family had a great time staying at Westin Trillium and we'd definitely return. This pet friendly resort was very clean and every staff members we encountered were very kind. Breakfast and dinner at O&B were both excellent. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It was very family-friendly, which made traveling with our kids so much easier. The pool and hot tub were clean and a great way to relax after a day of exploring Blue Mountain. The location is perfect, with everything in the village just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Although my overall stay at the hotel was enjoyable, the check-in experience left a poor first impression and started my vacation on the wrong note. I booked two suites through Expedia. The suite photos clearly showed balconies, so I naturally expected the rooms I booked to include one. Instead, I was assigned a suite without a balcony. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told it was my responsibility to verify whether the room description explicitly mentioned a balcony, and that this is a common complaint they receive. The problem is that none of the listings clearly state whether a balcony is included or excluded. Some mention a mountain view, but a mountain view is not the same as having a balcony. If the room photos prominently feature a balcony, it is reasonable for guests to assume it is part of the room. The fact that staff admitted this is a common issue suggests the hotel is aware the listings are misleading, yet nothing has been done to fix them. To make matters worse, my second room was not ready until 7:00 PM, three hours after the published check-in time. When I asked whether a late checkout could be offered as a gesture of goodwill, my request was declined and I was given only a Starbucks voucher. The hotel itself was good, but the misleading listing and poor customer service left a lasting negative impression.

Our stay was fine except that our room was one that connected to another room, so between our two rooms there was only a door. I could hear everything in the room next to me all night. After midnight, I called the front desk to complain for the third time, and reception told me that because they couldn’t tell which room was noisy from the hall, there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could figure out which room my room connects to instead, since I had called 3 times and it was after midnight. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to stay here again just in case I end up in a room that connects to another because it sounds like there is just a piece of paper between rooms and the staff did not seem overly concerned about the other room’s noise regardless of the hour.

Property had a nice pool area. Our first room that was supposed to be an upgrade and have a nice view of the village had no view because of overgrown shrubbery. The bed frame was cracked at both ends ( I have photos for proof) and squeaky. My wife was bothered by 2 bugs during the night and had to sleep on the sofa. In the morning I mentioned it to the manager on site and she set us up in another room. That room was right beside a 4x4 air exchange vent that ran 24 hours a day so we couldn't sit on the balcony for the humming sound and it made that noice all night as it was right below the bedroom. There was a hole in the sheets about the size of my thumb ( I have a photo of that as well). Out side our door in the room across from us was a meal platter that sat there for 2 days. The manager did give us a free night but this certainly is not a place that Marriott would be proud of.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant had very good food, service and ability to manage food allergies.
