隔音滿差會一直聽到安全門關門聲很大聲很吵也可以聽到隔壁房咳嗽聲，很難睡。

Overall comfortable stay. Good location. Breakfast is good.

The hotel location is good and walking distance from shopping center. Restaurant staff, including Hellen and Luizer are very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. But the hotel is little bit old and not clean. I stayed 9 nights and will consider to live here again next time.

Room was clean, freshly decorated, a good size and new bathroom. The bed was very comfy. Food lovely in restaurant and staff helpful.

The room and in particular the bathroom was old and tired and in need of a major full refurbishment. The bathroom in particular was poorly lit and tired to put it mildly. Having paid £237 for this room i felt absolutely robbed!

Very friendly staff at reception greeted us with a smile will definitely book again in near future nice clean rooms and very organised.

Very convenient hotel, plenty of parking, close to Town Centre. Room was pretty good, and public areas were pretty good too. Service was pretty poor, often no-one manning the reception or the bar, and if you flag someone down, you get that look that suggests they have better things to do.

Excellent value for the International Sports Centre. Great location for Ironbridge and the RAF museum.

I booked this hotel for the spa facilities but I didn’t use them as it wasn’t a relaxing and particularly clean area. The changing rooms were a state with wet towels all over the floor and the general areas were tired and worn out. The corridors throughout the hotel had worn and stained carpets and the whole place just felt a bit grotty. We were staying there for a sporting event at the International Centre so didn’t spend much time in the hotel so it was fine as the room was clean and the breakfast good, but it needs some work to update the public areas. The staff were lovely and very friendly though

Excellent service from check in to check out, rooms were big, rooms were serviced everyday and althoigh i didn't have dinner at the hotel the breakfast was excellent. Managed to use the gym, pool and steam room whilst staying at the hotel. When staying in Telford again i will make sure i book again at the Mercure. Very close to shops, restaurants and even a cinema across the road!

Bed was super comfy, staff were very friendly and gave us a cheeky upgrade which made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Great hotel in good location Clean room . Bathroom could do with spruce up. Good facilities. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty substandard and food was cold they had cue for various elements of the breakfast and the coffee was cold as well

The photos attached are from room 501 that we were given on 4-7-2025 As you can see the bathroom was extremely dirty & the extractor fan was not working. The safe was also not working which we reported but were told there was no maintenance team on site to re set it so we had to take our valuables around with us each day. Also one of the lamps didn’t work which again we reported but nothing was done about it. We went for a swim in the pool where I found the ladies changing rooms to be in a dreadfully dirty state with slimy, filthy floors, rusty & broken locks on the lockers which were also very dirty inside. Peeling paint & black mould around the edges of the floors. The water in the jacuzzi was way too hot & was overflowing with deep foam so was too uncomfortable to use. All of this was reported to deputy manager & manager with photos as proof. My dinner that evening was inedible. The batter on the fish was very under cooked and the fish inside was horrible so they gave me another fish & chips which was the same standard so I went without a meal. The waitress gave us a bottle of water to compensate. We told the receptionist & she refunded our money. We were given another ‘superior’ room which was a little cleaner with a working safe. We asked for a refund on our stay but were told that because we had booked through ‘Hotels.Com’ we had to go through them to get our money back. We hope that this can now be arranged.

Bathroom was mouldy, sheets are rough, I ordered room service for it to take 2 & half hours to come and when arrived it was over cooked and tasted burnt.

Nice hotel. Good service. I don't like the idea of paying for parking when you are a paying guest.
