Le séjour c'est très bien passé dans l'ensemble la région est très belle et on peut y faire de très belles balades le seul bémol c'est à l'hôtel avec la chambres non climatisée et durant notre séjour avec une température moyenne de 30° la chambre le soir est une vrai fournaise et donc les nuits vraiment pas agréables

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well priced and had a really good variety.

This was the worst 4 star hotel I've stayed in in a long time. To start off the hotel is very rundown. The spa was disgusting, the steam room didn't work and it was overall not very clean. The staff was very unfriendly and not very willing to help . The rooms were quite clean however the curtains were all orty and stained and at first the shower water was very weird. It had a very strange smell and was a weird color. This hotel needs to be reformed.

Excelente estadía, habitaciones grandes y confortables y comida deliciosa

Stayed here for 4 nights in February 2025. The room and bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hotel had a really nice feel to it with lots of families staying and hanging out in the communal areas. The food was very good and plentiful so while my Dad and I had paid for breakfast, we also ended up eating here ever night of our stay and loved the meals Chef Junior cooked up at the grill...especially 'Lomo Saltado' (Peruvian stir-fry). Only complaints were that some of the neighbours liked to party until the small hours and could be a bit noisy.

Great stay again in Soldeu at our favourite skiing hotel.

Everything was great; large, comfortable rooms, incredible breakfast and dinner and attentive staff, location. Sol at the reception was wonderful to deal with.

Melhor custo benefício em Soldeu: perto do acesso às pistas de ski e dos melhores restaurantes em Soldeu. Quarto com vista para a pista e montanhas de ski; camas confortáveis com bons travesseiros, roupas de cama e toalhas de qualidade. Café da manhã farto, com muitas opções; atendimento da recepção impecável; com estacionamento e ski locker na garagem, essencial para não ter que levar botas molhadas e equipamentos para o quarto. Quase na frente tem uma lavanderia. Único ponto a melhorar: secador de cabelo é ruim, mas pessoal do hotel informou que estão providenciando a troca. No mais, perfeito!

El hotel está viejo y nos pusieron en una habitación que no llega el elevador, teniendo que subir por unas escaleras improvisadas chiquitas y peligrosas. Siendo un destino de ski es obvio que traes maletas grandes y nadie nos ayudó a subirlas. El agua de la regadera se sale por todos lados porque la regadera no tiene puerta se moja todo hasta el escusado. Las toallas están desgastadas. La habitación estaba limpia pero los sillones del lobby se ve muy sucios y viejos de hecho el hotel tiene un olor a viejo.

Prima ontbijtbuffet. Kamer ruim , beetje gedateerd goed bed maar vreselijk warm.
