Das Hotel bietet große Zimmer ausgestattet mit allem was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Für Sommer- und Wintersport sind Einrichtungen zur Aufbewahrung des Equipments vorhanden. Der Spa-Bereich ist angenehm kann ggf. aber auch in der Hauptsaison schnell voll werden.Er war in der Zeit meiner Anwesenheit nicht stark besucht. Schöne Wandertouren für jedes Level sind vom Hotel aus einfach zu beginnen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Werde sicher wieder kommen.

El Hotel está bien, tranquilo, pero no hay mucha oferta alrededor de restauración, las habitaciones bien , camas cómodas, el personal en general bien.

Le séjour c'est très bien passé dans l'ensemble la région est très belle et on peut y faire de très belles balades le seul bémol c'est à l'hôtel avec la chambres non climatisée et durant notre séjour avec une température moyenne de 30° la chambre le soir est une vrai fournaise et donc les nuits vraiment pas agréables

This was the worst 4 star hotel I've stayed in in a long time. To start off the hotel is very rundown. The spa was disgusting, the steam room didn't work and it was overall not very clean. The staff was very unfriendly and not very willing to help . The rooms were quite clean however the curtains were all orty and stained and at first the shower water was very weird. It had a very strange smell and was a weird color. This hotel needs to be reformed.

Excelente estadía, habitaciones grandes y confortables y comida deliciosa

Stayed here for 4 nights in February 2025. The room and bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hotel had a really nice feel to it with lots of families staying and hanging out in the communal areas. The food was very good and plentiful so while my Dad and I had paid for breakfast, we also ended up eating here ever night of our stay and loved the meals Chef Junior cooked up at the grill...especially 'Lomo Saltado' (Peruvian stir-fry). Only complaints were that some of the neighbours liked to party until the small hours and could be a bit noisy.
