The room was spacious, clean and convenient. I was disappointed I was not offered an upgrade with my Expedia gold membership. Especially seeing I stayed 6 nights. I would have liked a view of the Caspian Sea. The staff were friendly and very helpful to me a mature age solo traveller.

The map of the road closures and Baku Circuit traffic restrictions should be emailed to the guests in advance (even you local and licensed can driver didn't know where to drop us off) instead of being left in the room (if I'm already in the room that means we've managed to get to the hotel already). Same as the fact there was a complimentary shuttle provided from the temp reception desk to the hotel - we carried our suitcases around and across the track.

Spaciousness

location is great. rooms are terrible. looks like motel rooms. not 4 star , not even 3 start.. no swimming pool . no spa. no upgrade was given , although bigger rooms were avaible.

Ac wasn’t working, they came to repair at 11 pm. I was meaning to sleep. Gym is horrible.

Çok memnun kaldık. Otelin kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Konumu da aynı şekilde gayet merkezi bir noktada yaya olarak dolaşmak çok keyifliydi. Odalar gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Hijyen takıntısı olanlar rahat olsun. Tüm personele güler yüzlü hizmetleri için teşekkür ederiz.

A clean, safe and professional run hotel, friendly caring staff, even the room cleaners so happy and nice to you, nothing was too much trouble, great location 20 minutes walk in to the Old Town and 5 minutes to cross over the road to the bay itself , would stay here again for sure

Stayed for 5 nights in June. Lovely hotel, great locality. Really walkable into the old city and the Bay Area. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe even in the evening. Lots of local families out enjoying the promenade etc. Fantastic options for shopping nearby including a small supermarket in the small mall opposite. Close to the F1 pit lanes. The views of the F1 track would be amazing during the Grand Prix. Lovely city, a great stay.

The view from my room was spectacular. The staff was so helpful and accommodating, the restaurant was incredible, service, food, impecable. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Baku.

Oppholdet i Baku var fantastisk med mange opplevelser, fikk med oss mye fra byen av arkitektur, bygninger som kan ta pusten fra en. Kveld på Hilton 360 i 25 etg. Med fantastisk utsikt, magisk. Verden første olje brønn 1846 og det brennende fjellet

Directly at the Kaspian Sea this hotel is within walking distance from downtown and offers great views. The facilities are practical, clean, and functional. The staff was exceptional offering us service even after hours due to a delayed flight.

Good price quality and location

Hiç bir konuda sıkıntı yaşamadım. Otel personeli arkadaşlar ilgi ve hizmet konusunda çok iyiler. Temizlik ve oda imkanları çok iyiydi. Teşekkür ederim.

every thing was great

Thanks for the upgrade - from regular to superior room on 9th floor with sea view. Quiet and peaceful, good views, and good breakfast.
