Helpful staff, kind and attentive. Excellent location for most points of interest. Good breakfast. Clean room. Water provided daily. Minor issues with bathroom - some minor updates required.

Terrible condition of facility for 170usd a night. All very old and smells. Breakfast for 50UsD - very busy, will wait 15 min for omlette and no beacon, no any fish - overall very poor. Hotel is 2.5 stars max.

Terrible service - requested Queen Bed end up in single, cleaning came in 8 am, toilet is not working so cannot recommend to stay - there are better alternatives in the area.

Did not like the way the hotel staff treated me. Firstly they charged me for the upgrade. Secondly, the person who came to pick me up- can’t stop and park the car because there is a sign Stop is prohibited . The hotel staff is in an agreement with police, so police is writing up the fees. I asked the security guy to remove a cone to let the vehicle park while picking me up. He said he does not understand Russian. I asked in English, he shrugged the shoulders and left me . Terrible service. After I made a first comment via Expedia- the staff stopped me at the desk and reimbursed the money. Should have not charge it in a first place. The discount for breakfast I did not receive despite asking.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street. In front of the hotel there's a mall. The staff and the service were great. I was given a room overlooking the street on my first night and I couldn't sleep, i brought this problem to the staff at 12 am and they were quick to change my room.

Hotel lived up to expectations: clean, friendly and comfortable with all required services. Good value for money.

Location is great. close to all attractions on foot inclduing shopping malls. Breakfast did not have egg benedict, had to go to hilton right next to radisson for breakfast. They had egg benedict. They may also introduce hot milk tea in their menu. Overall, great chocie to spend holdiays at Radison.

Amazing good time.

Outstanding staff great English by most. Great food and bar. Room clean view spectacular and shower hot with good pressure. Steps away from the Caspian, Sea and promenade. Shopping and groceries close by. Definitely would go back.

Highly recommended. I enjoyed my short stay in Radisson. The staff were very helpful. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast served in the restaurant was tasty - a lot of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the fruit tea as I wasn’t feeling well. The restaurant serves some traditional dishes, e.g. dushbere and dolma.
