Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterli, o yüzden eklemek mantıklı olmuş. Minibarın ücretli olması biraz bu senelerde garip geliyor, ama belki Antalya'dan gelen biri olarak all-inclusive mantığına fazla alışmışımdır, bilmiyorum. Genel olarak memnun kaldığım bir ziyaretti, yeri zaten çok merkezi, herhangi bi yere gitmekte sıkıntı yaşamadım.

Odalar temiz, personel profesyonel ve kibar. 5 yıldızlı bir otele yakışır, çok çeşitli seçenekler sunan olağanüstü bir kahvaltı. Yüzme havuzu, sauna, hamam ve son derece kaliteli bir spa. Ailem bu otelde konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldı.

Berbat oda 3 kisi icin hazir degildi. Verilen odada icilmis su vardi. Hic yakismadi 5 yildizli otele. Ayrica gece resepsiyonistlerinden birinin hitap sekli hic uygun degildi.

Property was ok. But air conditioning was set at 25C, room was at 25.5C and I told them to sort it out but they said they can’t change it both night could sleep, had to open the windows. I think it’s not 5star hotel standard.

Das Hotel ist ein Raucherhotel. Leider riecht man in den Nichtraucherzimmern und in den Fluren den Rauch der anderen Gäste. Zudem hat das Hotel seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Teppich und Wände könnten ein Update gebrauchen. Die Betten, wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten, sind weggerutscht, wenn man sich am Kopfteil angelehnt hat. Zum Duschen musste man in eine alte Badewanne steigen und die Duschbrause war etwas klapprig. Der Zugang zur Bar war vom Hotel aus leider nicht möglich, obwohl es eine gibt. Das Frühstück war üppig, der Raum glich aber eher einer Kantine und entsprechend war die Geräuschkulisse. Das Personal kam nicht nach, Gläser, Tassen, Tee und Brot nachzufüllen. Vielleicht hatten wir aber auch nur Pech, dass an diesem Wochenende sehr viele Gäste da waren. Die Lage mitten in Kayseri am Hauptplatz mit Straßenbahn und ggf. Ausblick auf die Berge ist allerdings unschlagbar.
