刚到这家酒店时，我有点忐忑，因为酒店大楼很安静，但地处繁华地段。然而，当我走到四楼大堂时，我惊喜地发现一切都很完美，尤其是进入房间之后。如果我再来曼谷，我一定会再次入住这家酒店。

酒店再次进行了升级，服务等方面都有所改善。我于2025年11月抵达时，酒店明显缺乏维护。但当我2026年6月再次入住时，酒店已经焕然一新，变得更加舒适宜人。

办理入住花了很长时间；我晚上11点办理入住，结果发现房间已经有人住了。房间干净整洁，空调制冷效果很好。客房服务人员很友好。 酒店靠近水门市场，离机场快线很近，步行即可到达CW或BigC超市。周边餐饮一般。

我早年来曼谷的时候就住过这家酒店，那已经是二十多年前的事了。这次特意回来看看酒店的情况，没想到它依然保存完好，而且服务非常友好。我很幸运地遇到了新任总经理，我觉得房间需要一些新的装饰，这样会更温馨舒适。我一定会再次光临。

我在这里住了三个晚上，现在后悔当初的决定了。 1. 酒店状况 我到达的时候，一楼空无一人，只有废弃的商店。中间有一段很大的楼梯，但已经关门了。我们得乘电梯到三楼办理入住。前台很暗，就像电影里的鬼屋一样。酒店周边环境很棒，因为靠近水门市场、公交车站和清真餐厅，这是这家酒店唯一的优点。 2. 房间清洁度 房间里很臭，到处都是蟑螂！！！我们刚穿过酒店的小巷，就闻到了一股怪味。房间够大，但当我打开房间门时，蟑螂就在门前等着我。而且蟑螂到处都是，从视频里就能看出来，这是我唯一能拍到的视频。 浴室漏水，毛巾全都湿了，地板也滑。 3. 接待员和押金 接待员根本没有给我们提供客户服务和热情好客的态度。我觉得她需要改进一下。我们一到酒店就没怎么尊重她，但她对待我们就像免费入住一样。 我要求换一间新房间，但她却说所有房间都住满了。你在开玩笑吗？我们入住期间除了我们没见过其他人，她竟然说所有房间都住满了？？？我们是不是在看一个不是“人”的人？*哭* 他们竟然要6000泰铢的押金！！！一间房一晚才3000泰铢。对于这种酒店来说，押金太贵了。我之前住过P**lman酒店（五星级酒店），他们只收200泰铢/间/晚。简直不可理喻！到现在为止，我还在等退款到我的信用卡上。 这家酒店唯一让我感激的就是他们的清洁服务。虽然房间清洁度很差，但至少他们帮我们清理了损坏的房间——而且他们也为目前的情况道歉，因为他们即将关门了。 是的，他们即将彻底关门还是重建，我不知道。 我的建议是，请预订另一家酒店。水门市场附近有很多很棒的酒店，比如l33l4 orc1d hotel 或 marw1n hotel 等。Indra Regeant 酒店正在失去光彩，真正让你的住宿体验惊艳的不是酒店本身。我住在这里是因为我的朋友也住在这里。她说酒店很棒……但那是三年前疫情之前的事了，哈哈哈。她也很失望。

厕所吸风扇不工作，所以房间里飘来一股难闻的气味。我已经给接待员打电话了，但没人接听。

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, as it is close to shopping malls, making it ideal for shopping. Although the hotel is large, the staff seems limited, and most of the guests are Indian. The room did not have a toothbrush, which was not appropriate given the room rate, so we had to purchase one outside (The room rate is around 2,200 baht/room). The room was not cleaned properly, and there were leftover fruit peels from the previous guest on the bed. We arrived at midnight and checked in without issue, but the next morning, when we went out and returned, our room door was locked. When we asked the front desk to open the door so we could check our booking via our phone (which we had left in the room), the staff made it difficult for us and even threatened to keep our belongings. This was highly unprofessional for a service-oriented business. We spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue, and it was quite a while before the front desk finally allowed us to go up to the room to check our booking. Despite having paid for the room in full in advance, they still required a 3,000 Baht deposit per room at check-in, which we did not notice when booking through a third-party service. This would be inconvenient for travelers like us who do not have much baht cash available to use The main issue was the attitude and handling of the situation by the front desk, which left us with no desire to return in the future.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is beside the main road, so it's easier when looking for transportation. But at night, the lobby lights are a bit dim.

Spooky at the night, no one and dark on 4th floor which is a lobby, it's not a 4star standard hotel.

Tempatnya berada di lokasi yang bagus. Kamarnya juga nyaman dan cukup bersih. Walaupun gedungnya terlihat tua dan lorongnya tidak terlalu terang, tapi tidak terasa menyeramkan. Tapi kalau mau menginap di sini harus memiliki kesabaran yang tinggi. Saat kami datang, resepsionis tidak tersedia 24 jam, dan ketika check out pastikan tidak ada masalah di kamar bila ingin proses check outnya berlangsung cepat.

The hotel is quite old in the Indian district. Everything is not suitable for a 3-star standard, but the price is so competitive.

Love the staff and love my room. I'll be back to the Indra Regent for my Bangkok trip 🙏

Staf cek in hanya dua orang. Tidak ada staf concierge. Seperti hotel bintang dua. Tidak layak disebut hotel bintang 4. Hotel sangat tua dan peralatan di dalam kamarpun sudah sangat tua. Peralatan sudah 30 tahun. Sudah tidak layak pakai untuk hotel bintang 4. Peraturannya banyak sekali. Saya tidak akan pernah balik lagi ke hotel ini. Saya membayar harga untuk hotel bintang 5. Tapi yang saya dapat hotel bintang 2. Sudah tidak layak di sebut hotel.

Kami datang berlibur bersama keluarga besar (9 pax), sewa 4 kamar selama 3 malam, Hotelnya sudah tua, agak kumuh, mulai dari pintu masuk hotel (lantai dasar) sampai lobby di lt4 suasana nya gelap, sunyi/sepi, remang-remang, saat cek in terlalu banyak peraturan, kami pesan 2 kamar triple tapi tidak boleh lebih dari 6 pax, kami bawa anak usia 7 tahun kena biaya tambahan Thb 1050/anak, tapi tanpa extra bed, uang deposit nya besar sekali (usd 1000/room), fasilitas toiletery nya juga pelit, tiap hari harus di minta sabun, tissue, sikat gigi dan lain-lain, tidak ada slipper (harus di minta dulu), Kolam renang nya juga kumuh, air nya agak keruh. Pelayanan (room service nya) juga kurang ramah,

Hotel lobby service is bad. Public toilet is lock and the whole hotel is very dark. Not I come as few years ago.

Kamarnya bersih, lokasi strategis, pelayanan ok. Lokasi deket banget sama pasar pratunam. Cuma cahaya di hotel agak redup.
