I love Annabell Gardens. It's comfortable, quiet, clean and it feels like a home instead of a hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfasts are incredible. My favorite in Lincoln.

One of the cleaner places I have ever stayed everything was well kept and up to date.

The beds were soooo comfortable; the sheets were a good quality, they didn't seem like hotel sheets. Breakfast had many great options. The staff kept everything full. The soft serve ice cream was fun in the evening.

They had ice cream, slushies, and coffee available 24-7! Property was very clean and comfortable!

Annabell Gardens was a nice, quiet, clean place to stay. Parking was right outside our room and the breakfast buffet had many choices. We would stay again.

The only problem we had, is the people next door were running their washing machine and it vibrated the upstairs bathroom walls really bad and was very loud. I told the front desk about, she said that they would compensate us somehow; never heard back

We booked a non-smoking room but the room assigned us reeked with cigarette smell.

I liked the two bedroom condo, but we were on the 2nd floor. One of us has a bad knee and its was difficult going up and down the steps.

Wonderful stay for the whole family with professional staff and clean, spacious facilities and rooms.

Cute little condo style hotel. Theming around the outside areas were cute. The breakfast was delicious, the free ice cream and slushies 24/7 was a big hit! The pool did not feel heated and seemed low on water. The bathroom was huge and spacious but would’ve been nice to have double sinks/mirros with how much space there was but no complaint there just a suggestion. Was very nice having a washer and dryer to dry our pool towels. The pillows should be replaced, very flat. We enjoyed our mini vacation there!

Unique place and amazing for the price! Staff are friendly and fast...and free cookies, ice cream, and slushies?! Just awesome!

The safe was very pleasant & willing to help. Always greeted us when we walked in the lobby. The room was very clean & comfortable. Beautiful place overall.
