Everyone super nice

No se respetó lo que reservé, al llegar me dijeron que mi habitación había sido asignada, y me dieron una que no cumplió con mi necesidad.

Todo bien.

Todo muy bien desde el servicio hasta los alimentos, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente.

The hotel is okay but just not that good value for money. I guess airport hotels are often overpriced, and Tijuana’s location at the border means that rates are more in line with US prices. Hotel could benefit from a renovation to freshen it up and better reflect the prices. However, all staff members from reception to housekeeping and bar were super friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to airport and bus station, and there is an outdoor mall with restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable but soundproofing could be better, there was some noise coming in from the hallway and other rooms. It’s worth noting that the free airport shuttle only runs from hotel to airport, not the other way around.

Restaurante mui bien falta personal tardan mucho en atenderte teléfonos no funcionan alas 8 am ya pasan tocando puertas se molestan y vuelven cada rrato para que te vallas tocan una vez y abren la puerta pesimooo servicio no regreso nunca!!

The room is clean

They offer airport shuttle, but is not completly true. When I arrived I called to ask for it, and they said it was only one way, from the hotel to the airport. Later next day, when I asked to be taken to the airport they said it was not possible because they didn't have it available early morning. So at the end we had to pay taxi both ways, making our stay a lot more expensive.

Great bar selection and food was excellent
