The hotel itself was great. It was clean, had a nice restaurant and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I wish I had checked the mattress brand. Anyway, the only issue I had was that it felt a little secluded, I think there was a little shopping area nearby but not too walkable. However, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a few minutes from a shopping mall.. The restaurant is really good and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I will definitely stay again on my next visit!

Antes era buena opción, en otros estados es nuena opción, en Tijuana no. Ya necesita remodelación, más limpieza, más personal en recepción. Es la segunda vez que dan la misma llave de habitación a dos huéspedes diferentes. Hay mejores opciones

pedi una extension de horario el cual me habian ofrecido y me dijeron que solo me la podrian dar sin blancos en las camas

AL MOMENTO DE HACER CHECK IN Y CONFIRMAR LA RESERVA . NOS HACE EL COMENTARIO QUE NO HIBAMOS A TENER AGUA DURANTE 6 HORAS . Practicamente llegar y no poder usar el uso de baños, ni regadera , y ni para tomar agua. Obviamente me vendian el agua para podernos lavar la cara. totalmente una experiencia incomoda para no regresar.
