Good but old

The front desk staff was NOT friendly and helpful! No smile all the time especially the young girl! Overcharged my room at checkout though had reconfirmed price one night before! No one manned the Conceige desk at time of checkout and wanted to get a taxi to airport. We waited with 2 big baggages at entrance of hotel but taxis just passed by and did not stop for us. After about 15 minutes, I went back and queued up at front desk and asked for help. The young girl then called her colleague to come out to handle my request with quite rude attitude. Her colleague made a call and handed me a small note saying a taxi would come in 10 min. We then waited outside and a BLACK cab with a ruthless driver came by. We almost got into that cab but luckily a Concierge man came and told us that’s not our called taxi! We’re foreigners and didn’t know the rules in Bucharest that taxi had to be called and matched with the number on the note! I think the front desk girl should not work in customer service profession especially in 5 star hotel like Sheraton.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Bed comfy, rooms immaculate and modern, hotel staff very friendly, breakfast the best I have ever had a hotel. Pool beautiful.

Hotel fine. Reception not great at speaking English or explaining invoice. Required more towels but didn’t receive until late. Deposit required when checking in for use of mini fridge or other items. Upon leaving they took the car parking fee out of deposit. Which left a refund of 4Ron which that wasn’t explained at check in

Sehr gute Lage, da der Bus zu beiden Flughafen um die Ecke fährt. Zimmer eher klein, aber in einer Städtereise braucht man nicht mehr. Kleiner Pool mit Whirlpool und Nackendusche ideal nach langem Tag. Das Zusatzwasser ist sehr teuer, aber es gibt genügend Shops in der Nähe. Das historische Zentrum in Fussdistanz oder mit einfacher Busverbindung.

We had a really nice time at the Sheraton. The pool was really great!! Also, the breakfast buffet was wonderful!!

Bonjour, on peut toujours s’améliorer dans tous les corps de métier qui occupent l’hôtellerie ainsi que la restauration.

Fint hotell med bra läge, frukosten var toppen, fint spa. Servicen var toppen!!!!
