Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.

Nice hotel i recommend

Lee personnel personnel était comme d'habitude très aimable et serviable. J'aurais toutefois apprécié que le service dans la salle à manger soit un peu moins "cantine", que le personnel se donne un peu plus de temps. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et de bonne qualité, mais le diner- buffet manquait de plats soignés, trop de plats qui se ressemblaient. Optez plutôt pour un service à table (comme vous le faisiez avant).

Hotel qui a vécu ses plus beaux jours à plusieurs égards et dont la propreté est parfois douteuse . Vieux tapis dans les hall , plomberie peu fonctionnelle etc. Toute fois les chambres sont jolies , la nourriture est convenable et le personnel dévoué et courtois . Un retour en 1992 à bien des égards mais ça a son charme.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel est attentionné et accueillant. J'ai eu une pédicure et j'ai été ravie du traitement. Vous devriez faire plus de promotion pour les soins de beauté. Je viens régulièrement à votre hôtel et j'ai découvert ce service par hasard.

Chambre belle et propre, mais tres mal insonorisé. L’accueil est froid, et peu serviable, dommage.

We had a spacious room with a fantastic view. Our house keeper Dalila was the best. Unfortunately the quality of the food has decreased since our last visit.

Un merci particulier à Mohamed à la réception, Momo et Amine à l'animation et toute l'equipe de la restauration pour le très bon service. La nourriture est très bonne et variée. Je recommande Marhaba Beach très fortement.

I booked this as a solo trip for my birthday. I sought out this hotel and was very excited for my stay. However, my experience wasn't the best. Upon arrival to the room, there was a cockroach above the bathroom door. This was dealt with swiftly by the cleaning team. However, over the course of the next few hours I had more run ins with cockroaches. They were outside my door, I heard them scurrying under the dresser and bed, in the bath and even dropping from the vent. The team informed me they were harmless and sprayed my room twice with bug spray, but they were still present. I spoke to the front desk and asked if I could be moved to a different room and was told this was not possible as there were no more rooms available and I was to come back in the morning to check again. So I booked another hotel as there was no way I was sleeping with the roaches and asked the front desk to book me a taxi to my new hotel. I was then shown by the man at the front desk and the manager, a total of 3 different rooms that were available and prompted to cancel my (non-refundable) new hotel room. I spoke with others staying at the hotel and was told that they have also experience some type of bug in their rooms. The food options were not very varied or labelled correctly. The hotel itself is in need of updating and maintenance. I asked for Hotels.com to reach out for a refund and this was declined by the hotel. Overall, one of the worst holiday experiences I've had.
