Great hotel with nicely renovated rooms. 15-20 min leisure walk to old town centre. Good breakfast included. Does not have luggage storage so may need to ask ahead if you need this service.

The property was convenient to downtown - 1 kl. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Really liked the pub food next door.

Convenient drive to NOTL. Tim Hortons walking distance great pub next door for dinner. Bike rentals available.

I felt the room should of had a microwave and water for the price one bottle of water would of been appreciated for a late arrival when most restaurants are closed.

Friend and I stayed one night - lovely quiet stay - love the covered balcony and veranda -makes for a relaxing stay. Staff friendly and everything in order. Highly recommend.

It was quiet, well maintained, staff were very helpful and cheerful. The Continental Breakfast was excellent as were the staff.

Property in a good location with quick access to centre of Niagara-On-The-Lake and to dozens of wineries. Parking was good. Staff were friendly and overall, great. Hotel has no elevator. Our room on second floor was clean but small, particularly the bathroom. Beds were good but pillow were poor as was the bedsheets. Not sure what they are made of but not soft and actually noisy when you moved. Felt “plasticly”. Weird! In summary, room was okay and staff was excellent. Breakfast was very modest but the ladies looking after the breakfast were wonderful. Carol was one and lady on second day I can’t remember her name but both were terrific. I would rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars. RB
