The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved.

Very dirty, smelly at entrance and lobby. Room less dirty but some smell still. Very scary neighborhood. Would never stay there again

since the property is located closed to a busy street, some motorcycle riders has a very loud and noisy motorcycle you can hear when they pass by.

Staff were great, the site was lacking. Toilet was wobbly, so was the table. Soundproofing was clearly an afterthought and the plumbing was set up so every time anyone flushed a toilet we could hear everything very loudly, made sleeping kinda difficult Breakfast was about what you'd expect, basic but fine

Room was clean ,bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Bathroom was spotless and tub was gleaming white. Hotel was nicely renovated. Parking was easily accessible and several fast food and restaurants close by. Previous reviews indicated a great breakfast. We unfortunately found the breakfast nothing to write home about. The scrambled eggs were rubberish and the limited pancakes in the serving container were mostly rock hard. I could not cut with the wooden knives. Very limited selection. Air conditioner in room was very loud . Fortunately we didn't need to use it .

The evening staff member during our stay was great.

The room was clean, the bed has the mattress cover, the breakfast was good, enough parking space. Check in and check out was easy.

Clean hotel, a little older but good price point. Tim Hortons in the parking lot. Located in an area where there are some people who appear to be homeless but we had no issues.

Maybe little more gym stuff at least dumbbells
