Las luces de la habitación se apagaron en plena noche y no había agua durante el día. Tras avisar a recepción, me dijeron que estaban en mantenimiento y lo restauraron al poco tiempo. Lo más importante es que pude oír el ruido del mantenimiento en la habitación todo el día.。 房間的電燈半夜會停電，白天房間沒有供水，通知前台後說正在維修，一會兒才恢復。最重要的是在房間內一直聽到維修的聲音，從早上到晚上都沒有斷過。

Excellent hotel, great restaurants, super clean, great views of the city, efficient elevators, great roof top restaurant and bar & music, great gigantic tv screen on the first floor, excellent and friendly staff, easy access to subway station and grocery, great food and reasonable price in the restaurant, large and clean room, great shower system. It would have been great if there was no construction at 10am. I was trying to sleep in but the hammering next door was too loud. I called reception and they said it will be done in 30 minutes but guess what? I checked out and it's still ongoing. Also the reception said I can check out late at 1pm but guess what? Their housekeeping knocked on my door at 12 noon and then another receptionist at 12:30pm. I was like do you people even communicate to each other? You guys were supposed to considering this is a 5-star hotel. The only good thing is it's near the airport which is the only reason I booked it. Don't get me wrong it's a gorgeous place and it's clean everywhere, the breakfast buffet is fine, the staff kept apologizing when I checked out but that. didn't help with the headache I got from all the hammering next door. It was awful for a supposed to be 5-star hotel. My overall rating of 3-star is already generous.

The room was amazing. Huge bathroom/dressing area that was separate from the living/sleeping area. Amazing view. Everyone was very helpful.

Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower’da 29 Ekim’de kaldım. Odamdaki duş arızalıydı, su sürekli kaynar aktı ve saç derim yandı. Isıtıcı sadece soğuk hava üfledi, gece boyunca donarak uyudum. Jakuzi taştı, yardım istedim ama 30 dakika sonra sadece teknik ekip geldi, temizlik yapılmadı. Resepsiyona durumu ilettim, e-posta göndermemi söylediler; gönderdim ama hiçbir dönüş yapılmadı. Hyatt markasından bu kadar düşük hizmet kalitesi beklemezdim. Farklı ülkelerde aynı marka adının bu kadar farklı bir hizmet anlayışıyla yönetilmesi üzücü.
