Management was very good and responded well to queries. Sadly the comfort of the mattress was poor, being so hard. Rooms were poorly soundproofed and the people in the apartment above dragged furniture around from 12.30am to nearly 2am one night. Management responded by talking to them the following day when approached.

If you want a quiet location this is it. Located approx. 5 mins from palm cove it was really quiet The room was great on the top floor, clean and tidy and the pool was always clean and refreshing

Awesome beach view.

Amazing view of beach from balcony, clean and modern apartment with kitchen, comfy bed, lovely warm pool, fantastic walking track to Palm Cove at beach, quiet area. Unfortunately the local restaurant closed a few days before we arrived as all other restaurants are a drive away. One small improvement would be the shower water pressure andhot water running out quite fast. Everything else was fantastic!!

The property is delightful, spacious, comfortable close to the beach, and transport, quiet setting and a comfortable king bed. The toiletries supply of one of each item with a booking for two people for 12 nights for 4 star accom seemed a bit stingy, especially a tiny soap for 2 weeks???!! (see pic that's all they provided). I've seen better in hotels at half the price. The ripped towel was replaced, the shower splattered if hot water turned on. The electric hot plate difficult to use as it takes ages to heat up, but that's the way things are going now. Great access to washing machine and dryer, wonderful pool and BBQ facilities. John at reception was great. Would consider staying there again if management weren't as stingy.

Absolutely superb. Apartment faced the beach where we could watch the sunrise every day. John was a superb host - very friendly and always helpful. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Loved the little carton of milk in the fridge for tea/coffee - the little touches matter! Easy to park and drive anywhere to local attractions and restaurants (only 5 mins drive away). Nice a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Loved it and would recommend.

A very affordable, comfortable unit, absolutely lovely garden area with pool.

The Agincourt apartments are ideally located with a restaurant around the corner and the beach just in front of the complex. The apartment pool was large and very well kept and the BBQ facilities were clean and usable.

The only negative was the ill fitting bed linen. The bottom sheet in particular was not wide enough and could not be tucked in adequately to create a smooth, flat surface. Consequently the sheet became very uncomfortable during the night.

The room was excellent. The view was great too however Nick Booking bit lazy we had to buy our own toilet paper other than that no complaints would I recommend it? Yes I would just bring your toilet paper You could be short

The Agincourt apartment we had allocated was very tidy and clean. Felt like home away from home. Highly recommend the property for a quiet getaway. The managers were very efficient to deal with AAA

The property was somewhat comfortable if you just consider a bed to sleep on. However, there were dead cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards, the utensils provided for the kitchen were minimal, and there were not sufficient cleaning materials or dish cloths to clean up in the kitchen. Overall a very poor experience.
