Great hotel near city centre! The staff were welcoming. My room was spotless and very comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally cozy. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shops and places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit.

From start to finish it was excellent far exceeded my expectations

Family, 5 nights, decent location, Cobblestone Pub across the street has authentic music. Maria at check in was amazing! Courtyard has homeless sleeping outside.

Stayed here with our 3 kids (in two rooms) for one Saturday night in June. The lobby and rooms are updated and clean. Beds are comfy. Parking was straightforward. Location is pretty good: about 20 minute walk to Temple Bar. The area around the hotel is okay. The rooms had fans which really helped with the heat. The place was fine, and a good price relative to other options in the city centre.

Thais was the receptionist as we entered the hotel. She went over and beyond her call of duty and was an exceptional employee. I would highly recommend her for any job because she was so wonderful. thanks for making our stay so pleasant thank you for bringing a fan and extra waters up to us thank you for always having a cheerful smile on your face. You made us stay a wonderful experience.

Great location!

We had a great overall experience. The location was awesome, and the staff was super friendly. We love everything in Ireland, and this is just another example.

I didn’t like having to use a self check in kiosk while a person behind the desk just watched me. I can understand kiosks being useful if it is busy but I would rather deal with a person

Bra hotell nära spårvagn. Bra frukost. Två saker kunde varit bättre, dels så fanns det ingen luftkonditionering (det gick bara att öppna fönstret en liten bit) som gjorde att det var lite varmt att sova, och dels så var sängarna lite korta för mig som är 1.90 cm.

This hotel is located right across the Jameson Distillery and is conveniently located. There’s parking option available for a fee which is. Great option because we had a rental car. It’s easily walkable if you’re planning to gallivant around the city but also close to a Luas station. The staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Not many amenities in hotel no ice machine and neither a gym

Very convenient to public transport. Easy walking to see Dublin.

Pros: they packed up breakfast bags for us because we left early for breakfast last day Hotel was quiet Cons:when we asked for coffee pods for machine we were told that coffee was “only provided on the first day” No frills Housekeeper knocked on our door and then let herself in our room when we were all sleeping after a 7 hr flight. Need interior locks on doors!

Xcellent property with spacoius rooms and welcoming staff. Location was in the heart of city centre

Very modern facility in metro area.

Nice location with a view of the city from the balcony. Looked like the pictures and the breakfast was good. The only downside was no a/c, which none of us expect to need in May but here we are. There was a fan at least and the door opened so we could get it pretty cool but keeping it overnight was not an option because it got so hot with the sun in the morning.

Staff on ground floor were very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room unfortunately.
