Entweder Man hat ein PKW oder fährt mit Uber oder Taxi. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind nicht gerade in der Nähe. Die Zimmer untern auf Etage 1 sind wie ein Labyrinth. Lange verwinkelte Flüren und könnte echt Spooky wirken. Mir wurde keine Angebot unterbreitet da ich früher einchecken wollte. Die Dame meinte es gäbe keine Zimmer mehr....was ich so stark bezweifle. Da war ganz wenig Menschenverkehr in dem Hotel. Sie dachte bestimmt ich wollte es umsonst und nicht gerade freundlich die alte Dame.

A bit of a mix-up whilst checking in but clean and welcome by staff. Room very nice and large. Great free water juice and soft drinks! I didn't realise they were free until my last day! My only negative comment no drawer to put small itens of clothing away and wardrobe very simple and not enough hangers.

Decent sized comfortable room. Nice bar and restaurant area. Plenty of parking but I thought £10 was a bit steep for guests. Handy location for west side of Birmingham.

Very helpful staff and clean room

I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my hotel room was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. I sent a message to report the issue, but although it was delivered, it was never acknowledged or responded to. Earlier that evening, I also informed the receptionist about the problem. I was simply told that there was no maintenance staff available, and no alternative solution or assistance was offered. While there was a fan in the room, it was only blowing hot air and did nothing to improve the situation. I would have expected the hotel to at least acknowledge my complaint, apologise for the inconvenience, and make some effort to resolve the issue, such as offering a different room or another suitable solution. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing.

We stayed at the hotel which has easy access to the M5. We used the tram to travel into Birmingham for the cricket. The staff were very friendly, very helpful. Breakfast had something for everyone, also catered for eating intolerances too. All in all a great location with great amenities together with very friendly and helpful staff.

Super friendly staff and great bar & restaurant onsite. Parking is chargeable but the room was really good value. Very clean and quiet place.

Only booked for the aircon because of the heatwave only to find out it doesn’t work properly and doesn’t cool the room down at all. Definitely won’t book again

Firstly I just want to point out how well kept the rooms are as well as the restaurant and reception area. Lovely hotel, friendly staff especially the staff we met at breakfast and on that note what an amazing breakfast it was, plus fresh eggs! We did have a wonderful stay. The one thing to let this hotel down was the pool, jucuzzi area. We felt it is in desperate need of an upgrade, lots of things not working but just the interior needs a bit of TLC painted and cracks here and there. My husband said the male changing rooms were awful and dirty. Over all a pleasant stay, loved the king bed in our room and glad we upgraded . We would stay again however wouldn’t book purely for pool facilities, pool is also very small which I know can’t be changed but is in need of a makeover.

Upon arrival, we were informed the pool is faulty and can’t be accessed. The carpet on the hallways was extremely dirty. The room has very poor lighting. The bathroom had only a shower so it’s not convenient if you don’t want to wet your hair. There was dirty plates and rubbish left infront of most rooms for hours. Also, for breakfast, I would rate it 5/10. The buffet was stored in rusted heavy bowls and lids you will have to lift up. Also there was no hot chocolate just coffee and tea bags. Marcus, who was at the breakfast area was very helpful. I won’t recommend this hotel at all. And it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, may a 2 star.

I was very disappointed with my stay, especially as this hotel is advertised as a 4-star property. The swimming pool was not in use during our visit, which was one of the facilities we were looking forward to using. The double rooms were also much smaller than expected. We had to change rooms three times because of problems with the air conditioning. Despite these room changes, the air conditioning still did not work, and we had to sleep in an uncomfortably hot room. The reception staff were helpful and cooperative and provided us with a fan, which was appreciated. However, given the weather conditions, the fan was simply not enough to keep the room comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited choice and nothing that reflected a 4-star standard. Another inconvenience was the lack of a telephone in the room. Whenever we had a problem or needed assistance, we had to walk to reception rather than being able to call from the room. While the reception staff did their best to help, the overall facilities and comfort did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and chatty, really helpful too. The room was clean and the hotel stay included free access to the gym/fitness centre which was a lot better than could be reasonably expected, as well as a jacuzzi and a steam room. The pool was out of order and I didn't try the breakfast as I had an early morning for an event but would definitely stay again if I'm in the area
