Terrible! I experienced a very unpleasant stay at Monte Carlo Inn Vaughan and customer service was extremely poor, in particular pertaining to the typical security deposit that was not returned, even having a clear check out. Watch transactions for accuracy, adherence to regulations and safety.

Clean very quiet room. I almost am never able to sleep while in a hotel room, but here I was so rested when I woke up to leave for my appointment. I will definitely be back if ever in the area again.

Arrived at midnight. Front desk girl was robotic and didn’t use manners when I did towards her. I’ve stayed here a few times and there was no water in the dispenser they provide. Doesn’t matter what time of day. She said I can buy water. They claim to offer free breakfast but it’s just processed carbs. You have to pay extra for eggs. Overall, I find the staff who work the front desk, are cold and unfriendly.

The room was clean. The property is a little older which has pros and cons: Pro: rooms are a comfortable space with a little extra elbow room Con: it took a little longer to get hot water on the sixth floor Staff was lovely. Complementary, continental breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was good and there was the option to purchase a full breakfast.

This was a clean hotel service was exceptional and the continental breakfast was excellent everything fresh and lots of it we will definitely stay here again

Building is dated and needs a refresh. Staff friendly.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly

My stay here was pretty nice. The bathroom is gorgeous and it was so quiet the whole stay. There was even extra blankets. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. This place was a solid choice if you're looking for a close to the city yet not inside the city stay.

It would have been helpful to have room darkening shades on the window instead of sheer curtains.

Great internet, friendly competent staff, great stay!

The internet was fairly slow, the hotel nickel and dimes you for everything (we forgot our toothpaste and were forced to purchase a single-use dollop of toothpaste for $6), the continental breakfast is disappointing and drab, and the jacuzzi made strange, loud noises despite not having been used or not being in use,
