The stay was really good, friendly staff and kind people overall. The only reason I have a 4* is because of a partly not so nice experience in one of the restaurants with the service there (not the food at all as I quickly left afterwards and ordered my food online instead)

Personeel heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig (sommige lokale Maltesers wel nogal luide stemmen, externe personeel uitmuntend). Ontbijtmenu veel opties, waaronder lokale specialiteiten. Kamer groot maar verouderde meubels (doorgezakte stoelen en bedden, bekraste kasten). Deuren verschrikkelijk luidruchtig (‘s nachts en voormiddag) en slaan met heel luide klap toe.

Cleaning and situation of bathroom was bad, most of staff can not really speak or understand English well

As you enter the lobby of the hotel, the first thing you notice is the elegance and gorgeous scent ! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, modern and clean. My only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold so I had to keep the curtains closed when the sun was streaming in the windows. A bit too warm for me at night, and this was in mid-November!

The hospitality of all the staff were excellent. They made us feel at home and the vibe was very welcoming. Special thank you to Gherlyn and Suraj who made our Anniversary dinner unforgettable and to the staff at the reception who booked us at the restaurant - Le Bistro, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. The foods served that night were luscious. The room, what can I say? It was always clean and immaculate. Kudos to the staff who was assigned in making this possible.

Excellent all round

Great hotel. Superb location in a quiet area just off the ocean. Really good amenities. Breakfast was fantastic too. Stayed for 8 days and really enjoyed it.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were very professional and I had a spa day so relaxing and rejuvenating. The property itself is a masterpiece

The breakfast menu was extremely extensive and most enjoyhable. The staff were unerringly friendly and helpful. The opportunity to eat outside on the terrace was delightful.

First room was disappointing. Shower pressure inadequate, broken chair, overlooking noisy construction site. Moved to a better room. Much improved but dirty ironing board and leaking iron. As to hotel, breakfast excellent, other bars and restaurants very good. Facilities decent but room for improvement - sea access is only for the brave on a rickety and slippery ladder - no food service by the pools. Wellness disappointing - not adults only so load of screaming kids treating and sauna barely functioning. Staff were ok but surprisingly few Maltese or European amongst them.
