Staff lovely. Hotel was very clean and beds comfortable.

We wanted to be close to the Gare de Lyon and this worked. Many dining choices in the area. Loved Le Train Bleu in the station and the creperie on the way there. Fifth floor room with beams was nice, but tight. Last room cleaned by housekeeper daily around 5pm.

Really loved our stay! The hotel was really nice, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you could need. Would stay again!

The staff were very helpful. Our last gage was stored as we were early. The hotel is walking distance from gare du Lyon so very accessible to any site you want to see in Paris. The room was very nice, small but nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable. The bath room shower was great. Lots of hot water. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very helpful at front desk. They stored my luggage as I was very early, arranged to charge my cell phone and managed to check me in earlier than I expected. Lovely service.

Really great location, near several metro stations, and 15 mins walking distance to bars in Le Marais. Also Notre Dame is pleasant 20 mins walk along the Seine. Beautiful room with luxurious bedding. It was so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. Shower is similarly luxurious. Housekeeping is faultless and the room was kept immaculate. Breakfast is wonderful. Fresh orange juice and pastries. Delicious coffee and fruits, yogurts and cooked meats and a delicious selection of French cheese. Staff are always attentive and helpful.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable, une très belle chambre décorée avec goût, avec chaussons, peignoir, bouilloire et cafetière à disposition, propre, et avec une literie vraiment très confortable, un bonheur d'y dormir ! L'accueil est aussi parfait que le reste, chaque membre du personnel était très agréable et serviable. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu l'occasion de goûter leur petit déjeuner, mais j'espère une prochaine fois !

The Hotel Riesner is a wonderful hotel for a trip to Paris. All of the staff we met were incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel is very clean and well presented, with stylish decor. The fitness suite is a lovely additional amenity. The hotel is well located for visiting Le Marais and Notre-Dame on foot.

It was a nice little room but the toilet seat was higher than my knee (I’m 1.9m) which makes it quite uncomfortable. Also have the sketchiest elevator I’ve ever been on. Take the stairs.

This hotel was not in the center of everyone Paris, but that is kind of why I liked it. On a quiet street it seems unassuming, but the hotel felt modern. The elevator is a tight squeeze for more than 2 people, but it’s not that busy of a hotel. We adored the air conditioning as we were in the middle of a heat wave! Breakfast was our favorite part- a very Parisian assortment of deliciousness. The one downside is that the walls are somewhat thin. This was only a problem for our last night, when a large group of women were apparently staying on our floor.
