very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table.

Poor breakfast, poor quality of cleaning, very poor customer service. Price doesn’t respond to quality. Disappointed after 16 years of last visit everything is like it was then . Need renovation. Hotel has a big potential.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto amplo. Café da manhã bom. Equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos. Rooftop com muito legal com bom restaurante.

Clean room, good staff, outdoor pool area cozy

Our room had a fantastic view. The first two days after a cold period we had the most wonderfull view over the Atlas Mountains. There was though a very unpleasant smell from the sewer at the bathroom. Breakfast could be better. The facility seem a bit worn. All in all we were satisfied, but not overwhelmed, Exept from the view.

Hôtel cher pour la prestation. Chambre rien d’exceptionnel. Personnel sympa et belle piscine. Dommage qu’il nya pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre tous les jours.

Very good option for a stay in marrakech

Poolside is beautiful, plenty of loungers and umbrellas so that you can make the most of sun or shade. The whole area is kept spotlessly clean by the pool man who is very helpful. The bar staff are very attentive.

Didn't use the spa as had to pay extra to use. Used the gym which was free for 45 minutes but was only basic. Hotel and staff were very good. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.

Very well located — close to the airport and within walking distance of Menara Garden and Memounia Hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated: the room door and toilet were not functioning properly. Breakfast offered plenty of options. The pool is really nice and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful Hammam & Spa. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast & restaurants were great. Close to Menara mall & not far from the Medina, so convenient. Hotel is a little dated, but it's clean, comfortable & has everything I wanted out of it.

Hotel was clean, very nice. Definitely a “hotel” style stay if that’s what you’re looking for in Morocco. You’re not able to check in until 3 PM, thankfully, I was allowed to check in earlier it would’ve been a very long day. All in all I would stay again. Only a five minute Uber to the city square.

Vistelsen var bra. Jag gillar poolen och rummen. Däremot var det viss personal, särskilt en tjej i receptionen som inte var så trevlig..jag frågade om de hade hittat ett par tofflor jag misstänker jag glömt men svarade bara ”nej” - utan att kolla upp det. Wi-Fi-uppkopplingen var dålig på rummet
