距離機場近，整體感覺好

If you consider yourself a hotel close to airport, and most of customers will be business related, then it is the worst you have wifi down for 10-12hours. All others are fine, breakfast is good. Shuttle bus is good. Wifi down for nearly half day is not acceptable.

無接送 arrived at night. Had to walk to hotel with luggage. Very inconvenient. Attitude of one of the concierge staff very bad. Saying that web site has stated no shuttle service unless calling the hotel. However, one cannot assume that tourists get the phone number at the airport. Also the conceige staff told me to go out to have a look at their shuttle if it had empty seat for me to go to the airport. Very impolite I think.

my flight was 7am, this hotel is located next to the airport. It was a convenient location for me.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet with a good breakfast. There were friendly, professional people on the desk.

The staff was extremely helpful on helping us get some food when everything was closed. And the property is very close to the airport perfect for traveling early in the day

Just what we needed for a stay the night before our flight left

The property and staff were excellent however the room was really hot for sleeping. No setting on the thermostat could cool the room down.

空港近くという事で予約したが、施設は古く、朝食はバラエティーも少なく、日本のビジネスホテル並みのクオリティーで5,000円超えは高過ぎる。また早朝便の為Hotelでタクシーを呼んで貰い利用したが、乗合のバンで5分程度乗っただけで€30は理解不能。

Clean room, very nice staff. For some reason the room was super hot, we couldn’t cool it of. We didn’t complain just opened the window. Also the shower was not impressive, needs a new shower head. Again, we didn’t say anything. We’re only there for a night before flying out. I will say the room was super clean, fairly large, you can’t get closer to the airport and the bus stop to the tourist area of Venice is right across the street and only a 25 minute ride. I’d definitely stay there again.

Friendly front desk staff. But no shuttle bus, and for the 900 meter distance UBER asked 85 Euros. We walked instead.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was close to the airport, the room was clean and the staff were great. We were tired after a long flight and grabbed a bite at the in-house restaurant where the food was very good.
