Nice, clean room with easy access to the trolley snd local attractions.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was top notch. The only issues we had was we booked a 2 queen room and the first room had a king. Then when we were given the correct room they didn’t switch it in their computer so we had maintenance walk into our room in the middle of the night. Lastly, I couldn’t find an ice machine anywhere.

The valet Ray was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to show us where to return our rental car. Ray then walked us through the hotel to point out a restaurant we were looking for. He was the first person we came in contact with on the property. What a wonderful welcoming warm experience.

Carpets needed cleaning -

Room was hot, bed and pillows are not comfortable. Hotel is extremely loud, would not stay again.

Love staying at this hotel, we enjoyed our staycation and the restaurants/bars within walking distance!

Very nice stay

The clean service at room, the bathroom towels are old and they give you less than the towels required to the group. in addition, they never clean the kitchen and sofa area.

We stayed for two night , and wasn’t cheap price for suite , bathtub drain not working , no shampoo no shower gel , room smell disgusting, beds covers not clean , when I asked for it they called me the day I am doing checkout I don’t recommend this hotel

The location of Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown is very convenient, especially if you’re attending events at the Convention Center or nearby venues. However, the hotel was extremely crowded during our stay, which made the check-in process quite slow. The room was spacious and functional, but cleanliness could have been better. While the breakfast and evening reception were nice touches, overall the experience didn’t quite meet expectations for the brand.
