La comida muy poco variada. Regular por ser un 4 estrellas.

Das grösste Problem war, das von den Aufzügen nur ein Lift wirklich funktionierte. Bei Erstnutzung haben wir den falschen Lift erwischt. Er blieb zunächst mit einem mächtigen Ruck stecken, bewegte sich nach mehreren Versuchen dann nach oben, wieder nach unten und öffnette erst die Tür im richtigen Stock, nachdem der Mitarbeiter, der unser Gepäck ins Zimmer brachte und es merkte, von ausen reagierte. Dem Hotel scheint das egal zu sein. Das Frühstücksbueffet war reichhaltig, aber von keiner hohen Qualität. Die Teller waren sauber, aber nass, was nicht so toll ist, da es nicht wirklich was gab, mit dem man sie trocknen konnte. Daffür haufenweise Personal, die fleissig bei der Sache waren... Ansonsten war das Hotel ok.

Although this was more than walking distance from city of Ponta Delgada it still was close enough to drive, bus, etc. There were shopping and dining options in and near the hotel. Staff at front desk and bar were great, and we enjoyed it here for our last day before our flight, and drove to city after check out before we flew home in the afternoon.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. 15 min walk to city center. It would be easier if I could charge all services ( sauna, pool towel, restaurant,etc) to my room rather than paying for everything right on spot.

Very small outdoor pool. Great breakfast. Nice hotel. Parking close to hotel is a challenge but it can be done. Room was small

Did not like the view out of the wondow!mess, rubbish on the ground, no lawns, building process and nothing lovely to look at! Not worth the price per night! Loud noice of TV from the next room! Staff was great. Rooms should have iron, had to ask for one. Should provide more toilet paper, had to request two times. Dinner should be a la Carte not buffet. Lunch was a la carte, should be other way around

Staff and management top of the line. Very friendly and professional. Felt right at home from to finish of my stay. If this hotel was in Toronto, Canada, it would be 5 star, hands down! Dan

Overall nice place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We got there in the morning and they didn't have any early check in but did hold our luggage so we could go out until the room was ready. We had breakfast included and the food was average. Housekeeping took our extra keycard that we left in the light switch every time they came in. It is an extra cost to use the jacuzzi and sauna area. Not all the jets worked in one of the jacuzzi's. On our 2nd to last night we noticed the a/c was leaking. They promptly came up and did something but the next day it was leaking again. They offered to change our room but we declined since it was our last night. Henrique was absolutely amazing. Always smiling and quick to help with anything you would need or any questions. The staff at the bar and restaurant were not very friendly. If you are walking the city is down a hill but a quick walk. Just be aware you need to walk up the hill to return. Lots of food options close by. Safe area.

I was happy to spend my holidays in the comfortable VIP Executive Hotel in Porta Delgada. The only point to improve is to propose a more various breakfast. All other points related to my staying are excellent. Looking forward to come back

The hotel is not city center. It is a bit of a walk or an inexpensive Uber. The carpets need shampooing cleaning or replacing. The rooms are. A nice size as well as thr bathrooms, lots of space. Deep tubs and good body lotion. The balcony had a nice view of the rolling and if the water. The front staff were very friendly. Avoid the breakfast, better places to eat in the city and front host was over officious and rude. I decided not to complain because there was a line to see the manager. The hosts English and manners could use some improvement. Rio was very friendly as was their porter Ruben and a woman with bright eyes and dark hair. The manager on staff was young and had a similar surliness to the breakfast host, the attitude seemed all about money instead hosting and comfort. Hire more people like Rio and Ruben and the woman who’s name I didn’t get. Over all for a good price k would stay again because of the room sizes. Otherwise find something more city center The pool is small.
