Very relaxed. Great for hotel. But beware of the toilet flushing system in room. On our last day of staying the flushing system was really bad and the messed came out from toilet bowl. For the rest all fine. Nice welcome drink must try!

Nice resort , clean room , convenient to airport , breakfast ok , value for money . Overall good

I was staying at a Villa. Very nice. I was allowed an early check in as I arrived very early. Bathing like in a Jungle. It's quiet at night. Staffs are nice and helpful. Wifi is a bit unstable though. Breakfast is so so. Other things are perfect.

Good experience, nice and comfortable room. But It is somewhat far away downtown so we only enjoyed one night to night market. Food near hotel not much choice. We enjoyed massage at hotel and outside too. Outside price much competitive, but since we didn’t have much time outside after a long trip to wat. Though location may be not that good for night market, it is satisfying generally in our stay. The swimming pool is conveniently near our room my kid went swimming everyday, he played as many as he wanted.

absolutely 5 stars hotel. Hotel is a bit far away from city center but staff will help you to have tuk tuk driver. I sent mail to ask hotel to prepare boxed breakfast and we have be told everything was arranged when checked in. Hotel also has service for sending postcard and cost per 1USD.

Very close to airport, around 10 min by hotel shuttle (It is free fro go and back!). The room is big and tidy. Staff are nice! However, there are too many insects at the balcony and water is not strong enough.

Though we just one night with our 12 students of our school but we could feel the quality of truly 5 star hotel level.The breakfast is bountiful and the dishes in restaurant is also delicious .

The room is clean and big. Breakfast is really good with many choices. You can always find tuk tuk outside the hotel, but remember to bargain a lower price. The staff is really nice and polite. But the service is quite slow, i waited for 30 mins for the delivery of our luggage from lobby. And we asked for hair conditioner but no one delivered to our room at all. And the hotel is not close to the town like pub street or night market, but you can travel with tuk tuk at around USD3 a ride though.

入住時櫃檯職員十分熱情 但之後兩天的職員就不行了，比較呆板而沒笑容 和他們預約接送到機場時，當場沒有抄寫下來，只問了房間號碼，就叫我們到時在大門等車子 和同行友人超不放心的。 然後在預定時間時我們再跟櫃檯確認。 她再即時跟相關職員溝通，雖然差了五分鐘左右 但重點是沒有給客人放心的感覺才是重點 另外房間wifi也很弱

Staff from room attendant to shuttle bus driver, they all greeted you with a friendly smile. Breakfast choice and quality are good. They have outdoor seating if you dont mind the heat. SPA is good and relaxing. They have 2 swimming pools. The only bad thing is the shuttle bus to market and pub street only available at night every one hour. But it is easy to get a tuk tuk.

if you want to use the free car pick up in airport, need to send the flight detaiks to hotel. After stayed to this hotel, I like their service and feel this is value for money. Room size was big and clean. I will recommend to my friends. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to down town and airport

The sliding door in the bathroom need to fix internet connection need to improve Except above, this hotel is really nice, me and family really enjoyed our holiday here. and it's actually our second time stay with Angkor Palace Resort & Spa will recommend friends to stay here as well.

"Horm" is the best staff in Angkor palace resort! there is big room and delicious breakfast. we may come & visit it!
