Great stay! Wonderful staff- kind and helpful. Loved the restaurant- delicious food and attentive staff. Room was quiet and clean. Walking distance from the city's namesake. If you have a need to be in Castelo Branco, I highly recommend.

Todo casi perfecto con la excepcion de la alfombra del cuarto que necesita ser reemplazada y el colchón de la cama que es verdaderamente bien duro e uncomodo.

The staff was very kind, and the disabled room amenities were excellent. The food service was tasty, and the breakfast, and the Sunday lunch buffet were particularly good. My daughter enjoyed the indoor spa pool as well. The hotel is near AIMA, which was helpful for us.

Clean room, friendly staff easy to park

O café da manhã é fraco. O secador de cabelo que estava no banheiro não funcionava e solicitamos a substituição, que foi feita, mas o outro também não funcionava. O meu quarto era no mesmo andar do restaurante, há 20 metros de distância, eu pedi uma taça de vinho vazia, pois eu tinha uma garrafa de vinho, e para que ela fosse entregue no meu quarto o preço era de 5 Euros. A piscina aquecida só não era totalmente fria, mas o aquecimento era muito pequeno. São situações incompatíveis com um hotel 5 estrelas.

Allt inklusive parkering var vi väldigt nöjda med.

Awesome stay!

They put us in a room across from a construction job in several rooms. It was ridiculous considering the place was empty. One of the workers yelled at me for using a beach towel. There is no cups for water in the gym and it just wasn't worth the money. NOT going back!

Hotel stay was nice. Pool area looks very nice. Pool bar staff was very friendly. I did not like the fact that they don’t sell big bottles of water. I absolutely don’t understand that there are still hotels that don’t sell Latte Macchiato or Iced Latte.

Réservation pour deux jours. Arrivée vers 12 heures. Accueil minimaliste avec invitation a repasser à l’heure de mise à disponibilité de la chambre soit 15 heures… Souhait de restauration gentiment décliné par l’interlocuteur au motif que le restaurant n’est pas encore ouvert.., Le reste du séjour est plutôt agréable.

Fremragende hotel.

Heel aardig personeel, hotel mooi gelegen op een heuvel, voldoende parkeergelegenheid (gratis) , prachtig vernieuwd zwembad, lekker ontbijtbuffet. Goede service. Maar de kamers in het hotel hebben dringend een renovatie nodig. Inrichting is niet meer anno 2025 en diverse dingen zijn stuk. Lekkende kraan, kluis die niet werk, kasten die versleten zijn, terras deur die niet goed sluit. Al in al niet de standaard die wij normaal van Melia gewend zijn.

Excellent place to stay and very accommodating even when there's unexpected surprises on my end

We stayed here for one night. It was a relaxing stay. Our room was large with a balcony overlooking the city. The castle was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant was good. Enjoyed our stay.

No issues nice hotel for a quick stop.

Comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful views from window. Very good breakfast.

Um fim de semana que seria de descanso e relaxamento, tornou-se desagradável. Em particular a área da piscina estava transformada num “parque infantil”, com crianças a gritar a toda a hora. Acabámos por não usufruir do suposto spa, pois há pais acham que o direito deles, de entreter as suas crianças, se sobrepõe ao direito dos outros, de terem o seu descanso. E o hotel nada faz para salvaguardar o bem-estar de todos os hóspodes.
