The hotel is situated at a convenient and central location for Acireale. There is everything you might need nearby and a pretty little park just across the street.
The room was clean and well made, the bed was comfortable and I appreciated having an empty minibar fridge.
The one thing I am unhappy with is the lack of availability in the hotel's parking. I booked three rooms at this hotel because we were 6 people due to arrive in 2 cars and parking was important to us. The amenities of the hotel listed free parking before I booked. Low and behold, we arrived late in the evening only to be told by hotel staff that the parking had to be prearranged and that I should have had to warn them in advance I needed parking because they only had 10 spaces which were all occupied at the time of our arrival. Nowhere during or after the booking process was I warned of having to warn the hotel about needing parking, nor did it cross my mind considering it listed parking as free. I had even read other people's reviews who were all happy about the parking and no word of warning was uttered. I checked my bookng email confirmation and, again, I found nothing to this effect. I found this a dishonest practice and I would recommend you get in touch with the hotel to secure parking beforehand as it does mean you have to roam the streets to find a free or paid parking space.
