My second time here, I did some complaints in the first stay and received their management detailed explanation. This is a really customer-oriented one though this hotel may not be run by the big hotel management group. My second stay is better, at least psychologically, and my rating is for the staff. By the way, don't miss the roof restaurant at night, a panoramic view of Acropolis and Parthenon is worth a drink or dinner here.

I have stayed twice in this hotel. The first impression is not too satisfactory for not too decent outside environment. Yet it is very close to Omonia station, it is perfect to take train to most sightseeing places or take a walk to the Archaeological Museum (a must-see in Athens). Noise can be heard from outside window though double glazing glass is installed (not to blame to hotel). Nevertheless, the service is exceptional good and kind, understanding and I know the staff has done their best as far as they can.

The location is good for tourist but general speaking are not safe! The hotel and room are old and small, not good for stay longer. The only good thing is breakfast!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is great and has an incredible view of the Acropolis. My only complaint would be the cigarettes smell from others guests in the hotel.

Fica próximo à estação de trem (cerca de 5 minutos de Uber - +- 7 euros). E fica a uma curta distância da praça Omonia, que é onde está o metrô. Recepção foi calorosa e gentil e já tinham sido muito solícitos nos contatos prévios por e-mail. A área da recepção é ampla e iluminada. O quarto triplo é de bom tamanho, com sacada para a rua principal e com vista lateral para Acrópole. Tem cofre, TV grande, frigobar, chaleira elétrica, xícaras, chás e cafés e água gratuita. Cama, lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas de boa qualidade. O banheiro é bom, mas o box é pequeno e vaza água pra todo lado (por cima do box, se deixar o chuveiro aberto no máximo). Mas o chuveiro é ótimo. A porta do banheiro é espelhada, o que significa que quando a luz do quarto está apagada e a do banheiro acesa, dá pra ver tudo no banheiro. Então prejudica a privacidade de quem está usando o banheiro. O café da manhã é excelente. Variedade de tudo: de águas saborizadas a frios e quentes. Tudo saboroso: saladas, tortas, salgados, ovos, linguiças, frutas, iogurtes, geleias, doces e pães. Preparam café grego para os hóspedes. Todos os funcionários falam várias línguas. A funcionária Melinda foi muito simpática e prestativa e nos deu dicas para ir à Acrópole, com a linha vermelha de metrô (descer na estação Acropolis) – foi rápido e a subida é bem mais simples e mais curta. O hotel tem café/restaurante no térreo e bar/restaurante no rooftop, que é de dar inveja com vista aberta para a Acrópole e o Monte Licabetus.

Das Zimmern war in Ordnung und sauber . Der Ausblick war auf einen Hinterhof deswegen keine 5 Sterne . Das Früstück ausreichend mit viel Auswahl und das Personal freundlich. Highlight ist sicher die Skybar. Die Lage war auch ok. U Bahn und Taxis sind in der Nähe verfügbar.

The room was comfortable for a couple and 2 kids on a sofa bed. Cleaning service daily. The breakfast was beyond expectations, big variety , vegan options .reception and restaurant personel really friendly and polite. Room service was good but unfortunately my room was exactly next to the cleaning storage so there was alot of noise during the day. I highly recommend the hotel for families.

The hotel was good overall. I stayed on the first floor and from here you could hear noise from the street - those hoping for a quiet night should probably ask to stay on a higher floor.

Alt var lækkert. Sødt personale som lod os tjekke senere ud. 2 minutter fra metro. Eneste ulempe var at det var meget lydt og rengøringspersonalet gik igang kl 7. Ville gerne bo der igen.

Jeg hadde et veldig flott opphold her. Rent rom, god frokost og hygglige ansatte.

I liked every thing about this property great location walking distance to shopping and cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and had a king size comfortable bed and had a balcony with a nice view. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
