Rent og hyggelig personale. Fine fasiliteter og kort vei til Zlatni Rat. Skulle vært egne solsenger på stranden for hotellgjester (koster 13e, så en familie på 5 blir 80 eur hver dag med parasoll). Ganske bra matbuffet, men lang ventetid på å få drikke (20-30 min) som må bestilles.

Det var mycket hår på golvet från dom som bott tidigare, för mig med celiaki o allergi mot ägg så fanns det inte mer än frukt att äta på frukosten, vilket var tråkigt !!

Frokost var ok, men ikke helt som forventet. Veldig folksomt og ofte tomt for diverse ting. Ok utvalg. Hotellet var ellers veldig fint, men noe små rom og daglig romvask var sånn passe. Veldig bra gym!

We really enjoyed our 4 nights and 5 day stay at this hotel the food was amazing we had the half board option and our 3 children enjoyed the selection of food every morning and every evening. The hotel is very well situated, it’s just perfect! with plenty of gorgeous views of the sea and such a lovely walk to the harbour one way then to the beach the other way. The reception, bar & restaurant staff were lovely and we can’t fault it we found it very relaxing stay after 4 days in split, just perfect! We would definitely recommend oh and the pool was perfect too very shallow so children could play safely too whilst parents sunbathe without a worry . We will definitely stay again!

This hotel is located on the main promenade in Brac. The hotel has great amenities, including a beautiful pool plus a wellness centre with a heated indoor pool and a bowling alley! Fantastic Views to the sea and provides a great location to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings. Highly recommended..

Really bad experience! It felt like they tried to rip us off! We’ve travelled all over the world and this is absolutely the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. We booked a room with mountain view. But there were just buildings and some trees and the room had no balcony as it looked like in the photos. We therefore asked very friendly to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Paying the difference of course! They didn’t have any but told us to wait for two days. They couldn’t tell us what it would cost but the difference on their website seemed okey, so we waited. After two days they still didn’t have a room but told us to come back the next day, then they would have many. They did, but the next day they gave us an outrages price for the upgrade. Almost double the difference between the categories if you checked their website, for the exact same days! We told them this and the unfriendly receptionist tells us it isn’t true and when I show her she still ignores it and talk a lot of nonsense. Finally, she said that the upgrades have a fixed rate anyway. They could have told us the price the first day then!? This was handled so badly. Even more so since it was obvious that the hotel had emptied at this point and there were many empty rooms available, and we were willing to pay!! I asked to speak with a manager but the unfriendly receptionist wouldn’t let me. I’m truly sad they behaved like this, this ruined our entire trip.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Zimmer waren sauber.Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Lage sehr gut. Das einzige minus Punkt geht an das zusätzliche 10% Service gebühr auf Getränke und Speisen.Man mußte immer mehr zahlen.Die Neue Regeln hat nichts mit Trinkgeld an das Personal sondern einfach an mehr zu Kassieren was keiner versteht. Wenn das nicht abgeschafft wird kommen wir nicht mehr.

Beautiful view from balcony and just a short walk to rat beach or 10-15 minutes walk to Bol for an evening stroll with a drink before heading back.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU CAN ACCURATELY PREDICT WEATHER. Had booked 2 nights in early September, travelling from Dubrovnik to Brac via ferry. An extreme weather alert for thunderstorms & flash flooding was put out for the entire region from Split to Dubrovnik (including Brac) for 24hrs, so ferry company cancelled the crossing. Being on an island, there is *no other way* to access the hotel. The ferry had been cancelled the day prior to travel, so we were able to notify the hotel 24hrs before our original check in that we’d be arriving asap for the second night of our stay *due to reasons totally out of our control*. After having to shell out for an emergency extra night in Dubrovnik (not cheap last minute), we arrived at Bluesun to a ‘no show’ label for night one, despite the advanced warning, and a FULL charge for the night we were unable to make it to the island for. There’s been ZERO flexibility/understanding/ compassion/basic common sense from Bluesun regarding refunding the night we couldn’t attend - I understand hotels have cancellation policies, but in the exceptional circumstance of an extreme weather alert that lead to cancelled transport? Corporate GREED at its finest. Imagine booking 3+ nights at a Bluesun hotel that were all affected by weather. That’s a lot to lose. Disgusting customer service. AVOID. PS - maintenance might want to check behind reception for a black hole that swallows personalities. All the charisma & warmth of two rusty tin cans.

We stayed 3 night amd we where verry impresed. Was not diclosed when putchased from expedia but not just the brekfast, the dinner bufget was included also

The hotel is lovely and comfortable however 70% of the guests were under 5 - it was impossible to relax around the pool or eat in the resturant without the constant noise of multiple children playing up. I’m not one to complain and I don’t dislike children at all! (I completely understand that kids have their moments but you just couldn’t get away from that ever) I’m just dissapointed as I was really looking forward to getting away and relaxing but sadly it felt far that and it’s a real shame as Bol is beautiful and the hotel was lovely.
