Location is good, close to train station and Metro entrance; staff were helpful and friendly and wifi in the room is stable. Would love to stay again in the future.

It was a pleasant stay for two nights with my family.The people in the hotel are friendly and polite. We like the breakfast very much and there are a lot of choices.

Perfect location, close to station 5 minutes by walk, and near the sightseeing bus stop. Nice room and good customer service, especially you could drink everything in the refrigerator is free.

What a great little find. This was the perfect location to walk to all the sights! Close to the train station for easy arrival and departure, clean room, and a super helpful man at reception. I wish I got his name, he made our stay so delightful, accommodating all our needs and providing knowledge about the city! The beds are pretty firm, and we couldn’t figure out how to make the a/c work, but you can open the windows and we had a great breeze! The shower water was HOT and there are even towel warmers in the bathroom..that was a nice treat! Stay here..we will definitely be back! Thank you Rome!

The staff was awesome throughout the stay. The room was clean, fresh, and nicely updated. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff barista was excellent. Highly recommend for it great location near the train station as we used the hotel between train and the airport travel

Great location near the train terminal which is why I chose it. Hotel was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Quiet room at night. Lovely selection of buffet breakfast choices too.

Nice staff. But, Soon as we entered the room, the pungent body ordor smell was unbearable. Not to be expected for a 4 start hotel.
