Would visit again, great location with friendly service

Excellent boutique hotel with easy walking access to most of the key sights in Florence. The Reception team was extremely helpful especially with local travel advice, early breakfast bag (for an early day trip) and luggage storage. A special mention to Ricardo who was always willing to help.

I stayed in the Borghese Art Palace Hotel in Florence this past week. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very professional and nice. I would stay there again and plan to during my next visit to Florence later this year.

La posizione è la gentilezza del personale. Ottima colazione. Hotel rifinito con ottimi materiali ma necessiterebbe di manutenzione su alcune parti usurate e trascurate

Hotel ben posizionato in centro con molti ristoranti/bar nelle vicinanze. Confortevole e ben arredata la camera, estremamente silenziosa. Buona la colazione. Parcheggio a pagamento di fianco a entrata hotel.

Un merci particulier a melisa et alexander qui ont été très professionnel et adorables.

Staff excellent but room quite outdated, kettle in room but no coffee sachets had to ask for them. Pillows thin and very very hard. Bed like wood.

Excelente atencion de Fany, Melissa y todo su personal. Excelente desayuno, clima muy agradable en la habitación. En resumen excelente servicio.

Excellent service. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast servers, all staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast food was good, except the scrambled eggs was runny, didn’t taste like real eggs. The staff baked homemade pies each morning which were delicious .The hotel was charming, but definitely needs thorough cleaning and better upkeep. The window shutters in our room, the elevator glass, the tubes/metals outside the elevator were very dirty. We were told the air conditioner was routinely shut off in October, so we had to open our window to cool our room. There were no screens to prevent the mosquitoes from coming in. Outside was noisy-loud conversations and smelled strong cigarette smoke in our room in very early morning hours (1-4am). So we either suffered through a very warm stuffy room with windows closed or being bit by mosquitoes, hearing loud noise and smelling cig smoke with opened windows. They gave us an electric fan but it was also noisy and didn’t work well. I loved the staff, but the hotel maintenance was very poor and disappointing.

Petit déjeuner sans grande variété. Personnel juste aimable. Pas de climatisation, ou dysfonction : 28° avec clim reglée sur 17°. Il ne nous a pas été proposé de de changer de chambre, leur intervention a consister à fermer la clim et nous demander d'ouvrir la fenêtre, mais moustiques, on nous a fourni une prise antimoustique. La chambre est spacieuse mais aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf... côté salle d'eau cest pire, materie vieillot, douche qui s'écoule difficilement, lunette des toilettes ne tient qu'à moitié, mousseur de robinet datent du siècle dernier...etc. Côté ménage pas terrible, on a dû demande pour que la chambre soit nettoyée chaque jour! Il ne merite certainement pas la note de 8 que lui donne Expedia. Quand aux **** elles ne sont certainement pas méritées.! Seul point positif son emplacement. Mais à déconseiller fortement.

Habitation grande , personnel encantadora, localisation del hotel muy bueno .. Muy bueno desayuno y muy completo , un bemol un sortido de fruta hace falta había solamente plátano .. Gracias al personal del hotel que te hace sentir como en casa !!!

Everything is perfect

The weather was warm.compared to home and we made the mistake of opening the screenless window the first night and I wound up getting eaten alive. It took another day for them to get an air-conditioning unit in the room but after that it was fantastico. Staff was friendly and helpful and the fresh baked goods at breakfast delicious. Would stay again. So centrally located to everything and we have bad knees and feet.

El hotel tiene una ubicación ideal, la habitación es amplia, muy cómoda, sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí, cama cómoda, varias almohadas cómodas también, tienes todo cerca relativamente, hablan español eso fue de mucha ayuda y muy amables.
