It was great everything. First we met Maxim who always helpful, polite, informative and always standing to respect us once we entered the receptionist (his desk) or wanna to go out. The room not so big (cause we booked the standard but completed and house keeping always give the information the weather for the next day and also put 2 pieces of chocolates. The breakfast room small but seem like 5 star, the food so amazing, complete. All is there even salmon even butter fish that we never found at other 5 star hotel, the young girls who serving also helpful and quick response once we asked something. In their bar also nice service, once we dropped the spoon, right away she bring the new one. At the end we looked for Maxim but he was not there but there is Ms. Olga also respect whenever we entered or wanna went out. And she also helpful, informative and charming too. She helped us to booked the taxi to the bus terminal. We are so happy stay there, and we would recommend everybody who want to go there. Oh ya, the location also perfect, in front of hotel there is a square, restaurant, building for performances and walking distance even to the big cathedral square, it means walking distance. The room rate also very reasonable. The point for Imperial is 10 from us. We are satisfied with Imperial hotel.
