Only issue is there were no Aircon on the first day but a fan was sent. When it was eventually turned on the next day, it was again turned off in the middle of the night the next evening and kept off until I checked out.....travelers should be notified before hand if such is happening as hotel facilities clearly state there AC available! Otherwise, staff was very polite and professional.

The room is rare , big bath tab at entrance. room and bed are very small. Wifi very poor, almost no connection.

The location of hotel is quite good which is 12mins to Milano Central Station and 2mins yo the metro station LIMA. The room was well prepared and clean!

坐地铁到著名景点还算便利，附近用餐点不多。 因其马桶按钮坏了，12點多請服務人員處理，速度上還可，好險我們是家庭房有另套衛浴，但整體算還可。

Very clean and nice rooms. The breakfast bar was also very good, offering a wide assortment of items. It is also a great location, a very short walk from the metro and near two pharmacies and a small convenience shop. The only caution I would offer, and this is meant as advice and not criticism, is that the shower door entry width is very small compared to what Americans are accustomed to. I would estimate it at 12-14 inches. If you are much larger than a 36” waist size, you may have some issues squeezing through.

Location is very good, 3 min walk to Metro station, 10kin walk to main train station. Stuff was very- very nice. Ladies working breakfast were amazing! They had hog breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh salad, vegetables, fresh cut fruits, some desserts, coffee made to order, juices.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. I recommend getting a room away from the main road as it can be very noisy.

The room was a good condition and kept clean everyday. However, I booked and paid for a “superior room” but was placed in regular room. When I asked the front desk staff about it, they said that it was the superior room. It didn’t match the pictures or the square footage shown in the website.

Schönes, nicht zu großes Hotel mit super Lage. Metro, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Türe. Frühstück gut und reichlich.

Excellent location. Lovely, helpful staff. Compact but great room with a balcony. 24-hour manned reception was very helpful coming back late from the Olympic Opening Ceremony. There were issues with the water and safe in the room when I arrived but these were fixed relatively quickly. I'd be happy to stay here again.
