Great hotel. 2 minute walking distance from just about everything. Bus to the casino is a stone throw away. While it's maybe not the newest/freshest hotel in Tremblant, everything is well maintained and works well. The rooms have recently received a mini makeover and our condo-suite was great value. The front desk staff were amazing. I will come back just for the friendly service. More and more rare to find that in recent years.

The hotel clearly needs renovation. Everything is a bit old and not very comfortable. We were put in a room facing the pool on the ground floor. And they were constantly doing maintenance on the pool, which completely took away our privacy. The location is great and the parking is also very good, but it's paid separately (29 CAD/day). The staff were polite, but lacked the hospitality one expects from a hotel of this size. Nobody was friendly at any point and it always seemed like we were bothering them. The breakfast is okay, nothing that makes you remember you were at the hotel at some point. I wouldn't stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Nice views. Underground parking at a reasonable price. Central heating and air conditioning (not windows-mounted units which can be noisy). Very quiet. Kitchenette with the basics.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Room was spacious and cozy and clean. Breakfast was ok, not so many varieties. Bed mattress could be better

We spent two nights here between seasons, and it was wonderfully calm in the village. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

tout était correct, la petite cuisine était parfaite. Le personnel très sympathique. Déjeuner frais et variés. Il y a 2 bornes de recharge pour les voitures électriques. Le casino était fermé en début de semaine, mais nous avons eus un coupon de 15$ chacun pour notre prochaine visite dans un des casinos du Québec (valide jusqu'à 2027). Belle expérience !

Bed was small. Aircondition was making a lot of noise and it was difficult to sleep with aircondition on. Breakfast was limited but it was ok. The bathroom was recently renovated and it was clean and spotless.

Bien, localisation parfaite. Chambre faiblement insonorisée mais staff compensé. Bon service à la clientèle! Merci

Johanne, the concierge was fantastic in recommending restaurants for us. Room was fantastic and comfortable, except the mattress did slide off the frame a lot

Excelente servicio

Entrance to hotel was hard to find. Stains on the carpet in our room weren’t nice to looo at. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Power went out for hours and not one person followed up with us. The ladies at the front desk were very nice!! And the breakfast in the morning was a bonus.

The breakfast is very simple.. only a toast is hot.. no bacon. No pancakes… the good part would be the valet ski.. you are able to store the ski in the resort so you don’t need to carry it everyday.

Room is nice but could use updating. Breakfast was meh.

Hot tub was a bit green first night so they closed it early to shock was fine after that
