地理位置优越，员工乐于助人。强烈推荐！

房间每人一张单人床。酒店设施可以在大堂自行取用，但没有浴帽，可能需要再次索要。地理位置还不错，因为有地下通道可以通往新宿站，只是稍微远了一点，大约700米。浴室很小，但符合东京的标准。您可以从机场乘坐机场大巴到酒店，如果反过来，最好乘坐火车，因为乘坐大巴也需要走很长一段路。最好乘坐火车，而且更便宜，价格只有机场大巴的一半。

工作人员很友好，服务很好，只是房间太小，但很干净。

我们可以在深夜几分钟内办理入住手续🙂房间很拥挤，但设施齐全。酒店门前有一个公交车站，步行10分钟即可到达地铁站

我选择这家酒店的主要原因是它可以直接从机场到达。机场大巴就停在酒店大堂。其他一切都很标准。酒店环境优美，位于市中心，但又不是最繁华的地段。不得不说，房间和浴室虽然很小，但设施齐全。我想，在日本，你得习惯狭小的空间。不过，我可能会再住那里。

我们在这里住了一个星期。虽然房间空间比较小，但整体氛围还不错。最棒的是地理位置，离很多不错的当地餐厅、小超市和旅游景点都很近。

这家酒店位于新宿中心，交通便利，环境安静。提供往返机场的豪华巴士。地处繁华、文明、现代的街区。我喜欢这间能欣赏美丽城市景观的房间。我会再来的。

最好的酒店，我很快会再回来。

Menginap yang menyenangkan dekat dengan pusat kota dan street food

Everything was great! Rooms are rather small tho.

Saya pesen 3 kamar utk tinggal 4 malam di hotel Shinjuku. Namun 2 malam pertama 1 kamar tidak dibersihkan. Setelah ditanyakan ke reseptionist ternyata diinfo harus pasang sign "make up room", padahal 2 kamar yang lain tanpa pasang sign tsb juga tetap dibersihkan.

Lokasi di Shinjuku, tapi lumayan agak jauh dari stasiun Shinjuku, kalau naik limosin bus dari Narita Airport langsung berhenti di depan hotelnya.

I was quite often stay in Shinjuku Washington, whenever I traveled to Tokyo. Because, if you want to go to airport (Narita and Haneda) by Airport Limousine Bus, the bus stop just down there right in front of the hotel. It's easier than go by the train. There are also convenience stores down the lobby. Easy check in and out. Only the room is a bit small for 2 persons, my recommendation better to choose twin bed than the double. But, it's very common in Japan, almost all hotels only have room around 11-16 m. Overall, everything went well. And definitely go back again and stay there again!

The double room was not standard at all, not as big as shown pn the picture. The room way too small and I can't even open 1 big luggage inside the room while that time I had 3 luggage. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, the carpet was dusty and old. The concierge also not friendly at all. Won't recommend this hotel after all. The good point is only the strategic location.

Lokasi ok, dibwh hotel ada lawson, family mart, resto dan lain-lain. Kamar dan toilet agak sempit seperti hotel lain di jepang.

Best, rekomendasi hotel kalau ke jepang

Good location, outside there is limousine bus stop from airport so you can save money instead of taking transport service. The bldg got lawson and family mart few steps there is also 7eleven. Outside there is luup bike rental. The hotel got 3 breakfast depends on you where you want to. The only flaws I found in our stay is the toilet got nasty smell and the house keeping forgot to lock out room after cleaning, good thing that nothing was stolen while it was open. I will give this hotel 8.5/10

+ dari haneda naik bus limousine langsung turun di depan hotel.+ di building hotel ada family mart, juga sekitar nya ada lawson.+ depan hotel (jalan kaki sekitar 10 menitan lah), building govermen yang kalo malam ada permainan lampu dengan musik nya.+ aminties lengkap, sebagian di sediakan di lobby, dan boleh di ambil sepuasnya.- akses stasiun kereta lumayan agak jauh sih.- kamar small sekali, pintu masuk kamar nya juga kecil 😁 (dengan harga kisaran 1,8 - 2 jt agak mahal sih)
