Hotel ini bagus, dekat mtr dan di tengah dong men pedestrian street. Cuma sayang pas ke sana lagi ada renovasi. Agak berisik dan berdebu.

Sikap staf resepsionis waktu check in tidak sopan, mereka mengira saya tidak mengerti apa yang mereka katakan tentang kamar yang belum siap pk.14.00 padahal jam check in 12.30 setelah dikomplain dan menunggu 20 menit kamar baru siap. Tidak dianjurkan untuk atau di ZTL kotor

Hotel sudah tua, kamarnya agak lembab dan tidak terlalu bersih, tetapi kamar mandi oke. Dan lokasi hotel sangat strategis buat yang senang belanja. Stasiun MRT hanya beberapa langkah dari pintu hotel.

Pelayannya baik dan ramah. Kamarnya luas sekali sesuai dengan foto. Lokasinya nyaman dan dekat dengan tempat makan. Saya akan menginap kembali lagi.

ZTL is old hotel, but very clean. not like others hotel near the area that we have been stay. ZTL accomodate children, so don't worry to book this hotel if you 2 adults and 2 kids. The reception very good in English. Food is very easy to find, street food or restaurant. near the metro, can use exit B2 or D.

Hotel lokasi strategis, gampang untuk kemana-mana, dekat MRT dan tempat belanja, banyak makanan enak-enak di sekitar lokasi dekat hotel, kamar luas dan bersih.

Good location and spacious room.

It is a good location for shopping and staying in ZTL hotel, will consider in nearest future.

Location is only side by side with a nice mall in Laojie. Laojie area is very crowded during the evening. Hotel is 2 mins walk to Laojie Metro station.

The hotel is old, the room is very old and dirty, also smells not good.

酒店靠近购物中心，因此很容易找到吃饭的地方。

非常好的酒店，从地铁D出口出来，路边就能看到。这个地区有很多购物和餐饮场所。很多便宜又美味的食物。位置超好。

The location of the hotel is excellent and the service is average. However, this is a really old hotel which need renovation. I made a booking for 2 person but was only given 1 breakfast and was told to pay for another breakfast. The breakfast selection was really limited and it was bad.
