干净，非常舒适，适合家庭入住，地理位置优越，位于北京路。

The staff of the hotel is very helpful and accommodating. He has offered to upgrade our rooms (change to non-smoking type) due to the room type we have booked are the smoking type rooms. The room is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable. The location is great and surrounded by shopping centres and restaurants. The hotel breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of choices. My family and myself are satisfied with the stay.

I stayed for 4 nights and the elevator boy (night shift) can't remember me, asking my room number every night. Luckily that was last night he was asking in front of many men in the elevator (privacy, security).

Kamarnya bersih dan luas, tapi Wi-Fi sama sekali tidak bisa digunakan, washbasin agak mampet. Saya minta diperbaiki sampai selesai menginap 6 malam tetap masih mampet dan kamar saat pertama masuk bau rokoknya kencang sekali.

เตียง หมอน นุ่มสบายมาก ห้องสวย โรงแรมเป็นเหมือนในภาพ อาหารเช้าอร่อย แต่พนักงานดูงงๆ ตอนแรกบอกต้องจ่ายอาหารเช้าเพิ่ม เลยให้ดูในบุ๊คกิ้งว่าราคาที่จ่ายมามีรายละเอียดรวมอาหารเช้าอยู่แล้ว เหมือนไม่ได้อ่านรายละเอียดดีๆก่อน

Hotel is in a very good location with only a few minutes walk to the metro station and just about 5-10 minutes walk to the One Link and more shops. the room is really nice with a really great view. (the surrounding area is not very nice but it safe) however I was hoping to use Spa/Sauna/Syeam as in the website show the photos of facilities but in reality Spa facilities owned by another company and to use you have to pay extra.. that was a bit disappointed (it should have been mentioned in website).

Hotel dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, shopping center, dikamar terdapat sajadah, dan makanan halal ada disamping hotel, luar hotel, jalan dikit, dekat pengiriman expedisi, lokasi dekat metro subway.

Old 5 Star Hotel. OK for the Price. The King Bedroom was quite spacious !
