A convenient Hotel

Bra bemötande och ett rent fint rum. Ligger perfekt. Nära till allt

The room was spotless with a huge Queen size bed. Linen & towels changed on day 2 (2 night stay) and good size bathroom and separate basin & mirror to toilet. Toiletries available (The Lab Room). Shower pretty old with mixer tap & small head. Mini fridge with chargeable goods (didn't use). Qr code on key card wallet to check € Excellent location on main road across from Mercado Central. Cold water dispenser available in lobby, with coffee & separate drinks/snack vending machine. Was on Floor 10 (of 11), lift awfully slow and if anyone pressed whilst you were waiting it went there first! Noise from outside loud even though we were high up. We obviously didn't go to watch TV, but poor English channels when getting ready or winding down.

Excellent Staff, large variety breakfast and very clean hotel. Best location opposite the central market and a 10 min walk to sea front.

very good staff. they gave us 2 single beds joined together but when i complained they upgraded us to a superior room immediately

Lätt incheckning. fin med lite gåvor i hotellrummet. Rummet var luftig och stort. Nu till det negativa Dem fyllde inte på vattenkaraffen under hela eftermiddagen i receptionen, hissen till rummet vi spenderade sammanlagt min väntetid på hissen och då åkte vi inte mycket hiss otroligt ofektiv. Rummet här funkade 1 av 5 eluttag samt så var sängen alldeles för gungig och gjorde en sjösjuk.

Reservé dos noches cama de matrimonio y nos dieron dos camas, traté de cambiar pero me dijeron que no por disponibilidad. La han que nos dieron fue la 404 que no se correspondía con lo que habíamos reservado. Además sin apenas presión en el agua de la ducha. La experiencia no fue grata. Nos pudimos cambiar de habitación al día siguiente y ya sí, nos dieron una habitación confortable de cama grande y con presión de agua para ducharte. Pero por qué pagando por un servicio y una calidad de hotel de 4 estrellas, no tenerla y no ser compensado ? El cambio de habitación no era un favor para tenerla solo una noche y no dos como lo que pagamos. He de decir que el personal muy amable y atento pero el hotel deja mucho que desear como hotel de 4 estrellas, máxime cuando se paga por un servicio y comodidades las dos noches pero solo las tenga una. Experiencia decepcionante por lo aquí contado, no creo que vuelva por esta mala experiencia.

Todo muy limpio y reformado. No tiene parking y hay que usar el público muy cercano pero los sábados está saturado.

The hotel has a great location , very near the old town and only a short walk to the beachfront. Our problem was the noise at night. The details of the room on your site state that the bedrooms are sound proofed, well they are not . We had a room on the 5th floor at the front of the hotel. There is noise all night long, from the traffic, from unloading overnight into the central market and rubbish collection Lorry’s , I don’t dispute the windows are double glazed but they are not sound proof. The term “ bar” and “ lounge” are also a stretch. On our first night we came back to the hotel at 21.00 and was told the bar was closed and on the second night we had a glass of wine in the hotel at 19.30 and by 20.00 the person serving drinks had gone and the lights were out, as I say great location but if you stay here do not have a room overlooking the front

Jeg bodde i fjerde etasje og opplevde at det var veldig lytt mellom gangen og rommene. Siden vi bodde der natt til lørdag, hadde vi sett frem til en rolig morgen, men kl. 08:00 startet rengjøringen med støvsuging rett utenfor døren. Dette var svært forstyrrende, spesielt med tanke på at ca. halvparten av rommene i etasjen hadde hengt ut 'ikke forstyrr'-skilt. Jeg vil foreslå at man starter med roligere rengjøringsoppgaver og heller venter med støvsugingen til nærmere slutten av frokosttiden, for eksempel nærmere kl. 11:00

Mycket bra frukost samt bra personal.

Centralt läge. Rent och snyggt. Bra åtgärder för att spara miljön. Frukostbuffé med något för alla smaker. Ett skohorn på rummet hade varit hjälpsamt, det saknades
