It's ok for one night, good as a budget spot. Rooms have been renovated, so it's clean and confortable.

Clean hotel. Breakfast is good. Window in the room can not be open. I was not happy because I wanted to have fresh air inside. It was a smell on the room, not bad, just because they never open the windows.....

We secured a last minute booking when our plane was cancelled and had an extra day in Quebec but was too early to get in our room. The front desk clerk offed to hold onto our bags so we could go sightseeing in Quebec. Upon our return, we needed a place to eat but had no card. The night clerk suggested several local delivery restaurants and pointed out his favorite. Then we had a 4AM airplane, and the front desk made a note to call and book cab for our airport ride. They even had a coffee and a roll for our early morning trip to the airport. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely book here again.

Tout était parfait. Seule bémol, aucun contrôle de la borne de recharge, un véhicule inconnu de l’hôtel a monopolisé un espace pendant plus de 15h.

8 weeks I've spent here and when I asked for A\C because it was 26 degrees in the room I was told "just open the window" and that it wasn't his problem, this will be the last stay here and moving on I will be going elsewhere. The breakfast is ok, in the 8 weeks I've been here it improved. The parking is fine, one staff in particular needs to work on his people skills (the Monday evening guy). The rooms are ok too.

Room was clean, breakfast was good but no Air conditioning in the rooms, it was super warm when we went in the room as the sun was facing the window and we were never told upon check in that A/C was not available .

Excellent stay overall. Breakfast offered a variety and it was fresh and warm. Very calm and comfortable stay. Would stay again.
