Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.

Es un Hotel de Montaña, a simple vista lo ves bien pero mejora muchísimo con el servicio, desde la Recepción hasta el Camarero del Restaurante, la comida muy buena y en abundancia, tiene un pequeño descampado privado del hotel para aparcar gratis, las habitaciones grandes y nos tocó la del balcón. Repetiría!!!!

Hotel correcto por calidad precio, camas cómodas, baño con bañera. Desayuno buffet poca variedad, pero buena calidad. Parking interior con la puerta abierta todo el día con lo que no nos daba mucha seguridad.

Hotel relación calidad precio excelente. Servicio impecable, muy amables. Habitaciones limpias, amplias. Con pack de café, infusión... como recibimiento. Tiene piscina, un bonito jardín. El desayuno continental tipo buffet. Genial!

great hotel very friendly and helpful staff. clean, very warm, comfy beds, lots of hot water. 300m from gondola so not too far. breakfast had great choice and was very well presented and tasty. it was an excellent hotel and great value. bar and restaurant looked good but we ate out so didnt use

Hotel normalito en todos los sentidos. Buen trato a la entrada, pero la paciencia justa con los niños. Tienen más paciéncia con los perros, pues aceptan animales y en nuestra estacia, había más perros que humanos.

Le pondria buena nota pero hay un detalle bastante importante para mi que es muy deficiente, el wifi de las habitaciones es muy malo no llega casi nada y este detalle en Andorra sin Roaming es muy importante. Por contra el desayuno muy correcto y la habitación bien pero si os molestan los ruidos para dormir, tenéis el rio al lado y suena bastante.

Noisy guests at the hotel that the management did nothing to stop. Revving motorcycles late at night and very early in the morning for no reason.

Hotel simple nous reviendron

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main gondola and all the restaurants and bars which are great for apres! Staff really friendly - great service. Rooms are a little tired and could do with a refresh but overall very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful location

L'hôtel est toujours aussi sympa et l'accueil très sympatique, on y mange très bien. Mais, cette année nous avons eu une chambre au premier étage, donnant sur la route.C'était très bruyant.Mon fils qui a 16 ans a eu un lit d'appoint peu confortable.
