The view from our room was great and all the staff were very friendly!! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, clean & very comfortable with spacious room & hallways. Lovely pool & a gym, a very good cafe for breakfast (lots of nearby options too) and a central, walkable location. Saturday night noise from nearby venue stopped promptly at 10pm.

Nice location

Room was outdated. Carpet seemed worn out. It seemed like I was sneezing whenever I was in the room. Water bottles were not being replaced daily, so we would always have to beg for water. I'm very disappointed by the poor quality of the room.

Lovely property. Some age but will maintained and upgraded. Staff was phenomenal!

We loved it's proximity to the waterfront and wonderful restaurants nearby.....all very walkable. Also easy access to downtown Cairns and all the shops it offers. It was a great combination of quiet but access to a fun casino for a change of pace!

The staff was very attentive and made our visit quite comfortable. The amenities they offer including breakfast, a casino, bands, exercise room/pool, refrigerator, etc. made us happy with our choice. If I return to Cairns, I would stay at this hotel again.

This was my second time staying at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino and it didn’t disappoint. Very lovely and welcoming staff. The room was spacious and very clean and well maintained. It’s walkable to the main part of Cairns City and the lagoon. The casino is down the other end of the building so if it’s not your cup of tea, then you wouldn’t even know it’s there. I’ll be staying here again!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, the staff were amazing. The view from our room was breathtaking over the Trinity Inlet and the spa bath was a real treat. We received gaming credits for the casino every day which we enjoyed using and even came out ahead with. Will definitely stay again.

All was fine except they tried to charge me for a bottle of water when the “free” ones were not supplied.

It's quiet and clean place, easy to dining, shopping and good location. The staffs are very nice.

Very helpful and pleasant staff! The gentlemen at the concierge desk were so wonderful. I should have written down their names to give hem credit. They were really informative and went out of their way to help us. The property is in a wonderful location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Our room had a balcony looking over the greenery from the park. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful hotel, the staff could not do enough for you! The hotel was in a great location, easy to access the Reef Fleet Terminal and the Esplanade, with a short walk to the lagoon. Absolutely beautiful view from our room. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff was very efficient, helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will stay here again if in the area.
