Very good hotel

Friendly bartender, Nice bar plus TV & sitting area in lobby

Great location, front office staff was very helpful. Housekeeping needs to improve as they “forgot” changing the bed sheets for four days.

Meget hjælpsom personale. God service. Rigtig god beliggenhed i centrum af Riga. Kun positive minder. Morgenmad var nogenlunde, men prisen på EUR 18 Per person er noget dyr.

Only thing of issue was the lack of a decent hairdryer. In a property of this standard would have been nice to have a good appliance and a mirror over the desk area so you could sit and do your hair. Otherwise it was a grteat hotel

Too little seating at breakfast and there were no/very limited healthy alternatives. Through the night, you could hear doors slamming and people walking, making sleeping hard.

구시가지에서 가깝고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 창문이 조금만 열려서 불편했으나 그래도 환기가 안 되거나 하지는 않았습니다.

Great value for money - thoroughly enjoyed my stay - and staff especially were attentive and offered swift, considerate service.

Nice hotel Everythong is nearby

The hotel is nicely built behind a historic building. The lobby is nice but I found the rooms a bit poor in design. Rooms are comfortable, large and well equipped. It is very quiet despite of being in the heart of the city. Breakfast is a disappointment: too expensive (25 €) and seems a bit poor (very limited choice of cold cuts, of fish, pastries...).

Det gick inte justera tempratur på rummet var för varmt. Spa väldigt litet. Personal var varierande en del var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma andra raka motsatsen.

We have stayed at the Pullman Riga before and had experienced noise between rooms and from the room above but due to a lack of accomodation availability and the renovation that had apparently occurred between stays we decided to give it another chance. On returning to our room to room in the evening ~10:30 we were greeted by the noise of screaming children from the adjacent room and regular noise from the room above. Hotel staff were very helpful in relocating us to a quieter room in the other wing of the hotel but on rising the following morning there was noise again from the room above. This just appears to be an issue with this property that may never be resolved. Aside from that it is a clean and tidy hotel in a great location with helpful staff.

Very nice hotel ! The only negative - the taxi could not drive up to the hotel, so had to carry the baggage quite a long way. (because of ministry) There is no roof terrace any more.

huonesiisteydestä huollettiin esimerkillisesti. Aamiainen asiallinen, joskin ei mikään ylitiörunsas.

Allt var bra på hotellet förutom att det fanns enbart 2 st små upphängningskrokar för samtliga handdukar och morgonrockar vilket innebar att vi fick hänga våta handdukar på fåtölj i rummet. Vi bodde i ett superiorrum där man kan förvänta sig bättre. För övrigt är vi nöjda och kan rekommendera hotellet.

Ligger perfekt

From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Wonderful breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff and a 4/5 gym and quite nice pool area. Recommended!
