地點其實十分方便，旺中帶靜，門口轉彎就有電車站，行15分鐘左右就可到最旺的舊城區，酒店包早餐，基本自助形式都幾好，整體上嚟講，都算值得再次入住

I've lived in Panorama, La Boutique and Alwyn within two weeks in Prague. Galileo gave me a extremely bad room that is absolutely inconsistent with what they described in the webpages/receipt on the hotels.com. Used many reasons to convince me to accept the room type. Wasted my time and money to make international call to hotel.com. Eventually the company staff negotiated the booking company in Czech and changed my room to hotel Beseda (similar accomodation fare but ten-times better then the room of Galileo). I've kept all images and video as evidences. As local Czech people said, some people overprice everything in the city to rip tourist off. Think twice before you book. 我在布拉格的兩週住過Panorama, La Boutique 還有 Alwyn. 伽利略給了我極差的房間, 根本和hotel.com 網頁/契約收據 上完全不同。用了百般理由說服我接受房型, 浪費我的時間與金錢打國際電話與hotel.com求助。最終, hotel.com的員工維護了我的權利, 把我的住宿轉移到了hotel Beseda (接近的房價但至少十倍好於伽利略的房間). 我保留了所有的影像與影片做為證據. 猶如當地的捷克人所說, 某些人會高估所有的價位然後剝削旅客的金錢. 訂房前最好想清楚.

The size of the room was great but unfortunately the size of the shower was disappointing. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff were helpful without being overly friendly. The distance from both the train station and the old town was a bit far but both could be reached in half an hour walk.

Hotel was nice clean and good choice of breakfast. Check in was a long process despite filling in the check in online form before arriving we then had to fill in more forms on arrival so waste of time doing it before you arrive

Initially, the room I was given was adjacent to a very noisy group of British tourists, who seemed to think it acceptable to shout, slam doors and kick/bang on doors right through to 5am. The hotel staff were very good and moved me to a different room for subsequent nights which was noce and quiet. As usual, good fscilities, hood breakfast and helpful team. me zo another toomgor the dubsewu

Location of hotel was ideal for me, just around the corner from a tram stop. Room was very clean and spacious and had all the facilities I needed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfy bed, and well equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around Prague and explore the city. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and fresh options. Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily stay at again.

We enjoyed our staying in the hotel for 4 nights.The room was clean cozy and warm, especially it was. -7 C at the time.Stuff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast was delicious.The only we didn’t expect pay some city charges, it wasn’t high but still 16 € for 4 nights

The hotel was nice. The area was very good. Two markets nearby. The walk to Wenceslas Square was only 15 mins. Old Town was a 25 min walk but both felt very walkable with nice views. Three fast-food places nearby. A tram station where the food is located. Also, a train station not very far. Extremely convenient area. The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! Our room was huge!!!

Leider habe ich öfters gebeten immer 3 große Handtücher auf das Zimmer zu bringen ( 3 Personen ) stattdessen wurden immer 2 gebracht. Personal an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommen, vorallem der ältere Mann ohne Haare und die etwas jüngere, am letzen Abend war eine etwas ältere da, sie kam mir sehr verschlafen rüber, als ich nach einem Kaffee fragte, empfiehl sie mir einen Italiener um die Ecke ( 3 Uhr morgen )

Für 4 Sterne Hotel war nicht so schön, kein Parkplatz, nicht etwas besonderes für das Geld

Det var nært en vei, men jeg var ikke plaget av støy fra traffikken. Det var nært til en holdeplass for buss og tog, og de gikk ofte til sentrum og nært severdigheter. Frokost var helt grei. Likte at dusjen fungerte bra. Det eneste jeg ikke likte var at det var en susing av og til, det vekte meg en gang på natten, usikker på hvor det kom fra, kanskje en vifte.

Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast room on the roof top was impressive with views of the area. , tram stop round the corner was handy for getting around, tram 23 takes you straight to Prague Castle, tram 6 takes you to Paladium shopping centre/ municipal house (concert hall)

Great hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was great. The location was ideal - close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to be free from the tourist throng. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Great local pubs and wine bars as well. Highly recommended.
