Todo muy bien, muy limpia y el personal amable

Nos gusto mucho el lugar, muy amable todo el personal y el desayuno aunque un poco Caro muy rico,la albecar y patios muy bonitos y gualmente el cuarto y las camas comodas la verdad todo estubo excelente nos encanto y volveremos a ir.

Desde la recepción se percibe un lugar familiar y profesional. Todo el inmueble mantiene una atmósfera limpia, personal atento. Habitación limpia, amplia y fresca, eso sí al estar frente a la avenida se escucha el tráfico en horas picos. Comedor pequeño y comida poca en opciones pero suficiente en calidad y porciones

Staff very friendly. We had trouble with the A/C and they moved us ASAP! No problem!!

Room was clean and spacious. Not made up regularly, toilet was iffy. No response to request to replace burned out lightbulb. Breakfast was mediocre but several great restaurants nearby. Air conditioning was excellent. Location is 100%. Decent value for money.

We enjoyed the stay nice rooms everything was walking distance. Clean room staff was great. The seafood restaurant on the corner was delicious. And the taco stands at night.

I will not recommend this property to anyone at this price. Any hotel can do better than them. They have faulty air conditioning in the room. There’s nothing that you can contact reception. There’s no form if you want to get in touch with them you have to come down and talk to them, which is kind of ridiculous at this price plus the air conditioners work extremely slow, which is very very annoying and the reception says oh this is for every room. It’s like that. Don’t worry it will cold in sometime. I said it’s very warm and humid out here.

Room was clean, hotel was nice. The hospitality was amazing. Nice area with lots of stores and food around.

The buffet wasn’t very “buffet” The rooms for two were very nice and spacious! The pool water temperature was warm! The stafff was really really nice and that made it a great experience over all! The location was perfect, the beach is at a walking distance so is the shopping center Will definitely come back!!

Room was very clean but noisy. The staff were willing to change my position in the hotel at mo extra charge, but as I turned out I stayed where I was and got used to the noise from the road. The pool was clean and looks just like in the photos - lots of room for everyone to swim. I had the hearty breakfast a few times during my stay and it was full of tropical fruit to start - delicious.
