Breakfast was not the best but I have to say the staff try to make things better. Main pool is too cold , it doesn't get much Sun. They have a nice pool on top but they only open it for long or busy weekends. Good thing about the hotel is the location!!

The property is maintained well with a staff eager to please was very enjoyable

I had to change rooms three times during my stay. The first room had a blocked shower drain, the second was in poor condition and clearly not up to standard, and the third was only provided as an upgrade after I repeatedly pushed management to address the issues. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring experience. Every year I return, the hotel seems to get worse rather than better. There has been no noticeable improvement in the rooms, the service, or the overall guest experience. The biggest issue appears to be poor management, as there is a clear lack of accountability and commitment to maintaining acceptable standards. It is extremely disappointing to see the quality continue to decline. The hotel shut off the water without notifying guests. I only found out when I tried to wash my hands, and even some of the staff were unaware of the outage. This reflects very poor communication.

Clean room, great breakfast, And staff Was awesome as usual. Many good places to eat around the hotel and the bartenders at the hotel were always there to provide fantastic service.

El hotel bien ubicado, la antencion fue buena, para mejorar, algunas habitaciones aún necesitan ser remodeladas, la señal del internet es un poco mala, en general todo marchó muy bien, solo tengo por malo que nos hospedaron al lado de una una habitación que está en mantenimiento y el ruido fue constante.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Not good for dual citizenship. If you buy outside of Colombia. Here they force you to paid Taxes (iva) too. If you don't live in Colombia and already paid 7.5% in taxes.(FL). They force you to pay 19% (Colombia taxes). B/C you don't live in Colombia. You just show Fly tickets Out.(name & date) to avoid that. Never comeback x that reason. Unless buy it Nacional.

Para ser un 5 estrellas hotel, le falta mucho, nos alojaron una torre alfondo de la piscina, renovada, y esta a terrible, las base de las dos camas estaban rota la tela, las toallas del Baño son viejas, la habitacion huele a humedo o moho (mold). La chica del checking en la noche que llegamos para nada amable, La piscina es helada a pesar que Barranquilla es caliente pero hace mucha brisa, sugerencia Al hotel pongale calentador. Tengo experiencia alpha dome en la cadena de Los hoteles Dann, pense que este seria bueno pero no. Los DANN de Bogota on excelentes..

Debieran mejorar la forma en que atienden. Fui invitada por mi hijo y decidio salir un dia antes.

1) desagradable la experiencia por lo cual decidi irme, pagar en otro hotel y dejarles la ultima noche paga, la de mia y la otra reserva que tenia con mis padres. Y esa sera la umta vez ni me qued 2) le restan importancia a la gran mayioria, ya que no fui el unico descontento eae dia, habian otros huspedes descontentos. Se les ha crecido el ego ya que el equipo de futbol local y la seleccion colombia se hospedan com ustedes. 3) tam alta mi desplacencia que elevare mi queja a las superintendias a las haya lugra 4) el baño tiene hongo en sus paredes, deverian lavar bien esos baños.

Good overall

Excelente las instalaciones del Hotel, el personal del Bar, del Comedor, las Señoras de limpieza, celadores; pero el personal del checking y El Gerente espantoso, lo mandé llamar a quejarme y nunca bajó. Contraté en esta ocasión mas de 40 noches y tuve muchos inconvenientes con mis invitados.

El personal y la atencion de las personas en especial el Botones Marcos Quien nos ayudo y oriento mucho.

Muy atento el personal, no me encantó la casa.
