Very nice hotel

The shower in my room was messed up, needs to be fixed.

The hotel is old, Need manteinance Courtains, Walls,

Excelente hotel, cerca de todo, remodelado y muy limpio.

Lugar muy sucio y descuidado, no hay jabones en el baño, camas sucias mal desayuno, pésima experiencia

The TV didn’t work the first night, the water only got warm in the shower, and the curtains were filthy. They were being renovated but I will not be staying here again.

TV in our room was not working properly couldn't use safe box not working had to clean toilet had yellow ring around it told supervisor about it and she only said sorry for that offered another room but with one bed only which I rented a room with 2 beds and then lobby looked like a cantina with men drinking there in the tables wierd I've stayed there many times but this time was really frustrating

During check-in the front desk attendant insisted on asking my line of work and employer; Finally had to cut him off; Very strange.

Hotel sucio, viejo en malísimas condiciones y aparte caro.

Will not stay there again. Main lobby and dining area were in need of repair. The furniture was worn with holes as well as stained and dirty. The room was dirty as well. I woke up the first morning to an army of ants on my night stand. They did clean it up and sprayed the room but then I had dead bugs around the base boards.
