The first suite we were assigned had quite big noises from the A/C unit inside the ceiling for both rooms. Through the phone the concierge wasn't willing to change the suite for us, saying there wasn't any suite ready for three persons. Then my husband went down and asked him to come up to listen to the noise, the concierge quick changed us to another suite and had his colleague to make the extra bed for us, but we had to come down to the ground floor again. I think there were too much time and explanations needed for such service. The second suite was OK, although there was still noises from the A/C, especially compared to other hotels we've stayed in France during this trip. The hotel in general is nice and clean. The breakfast (included in our booking) was superb. To me, it was especially great to include fresh fruits, pancakes, and custards. The swimming pool is a round one; not so big but fun enough. The depth is about 145 cm. Its setting in the courtyard with gardening is quite nice. The hotel is quite convenient located near a lightrail station, the Antigone, and a series of riverside restaurants.

The hotel is really good. Completely renovated and the staff is great. The only issue with it is the breakfast. Even though there are multiple options, we found them poorly prepared.

La chambre était impeccable et le personnel, très courtois et professionnel.

Chambre propre, juste le bas de porte de la salle de bain qui a pris l'eau et gonflé sinon tout impeccable.

An sich ein gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und der Check in lief problemlos. Allerdings funktionierte weder die Klimaanlage, noch war das Sofabett ausgeklappt und fertig vorbereitet zum Schlafen. Im Bad war die Duschstange locker und es gab für den Einstieg in die rutschige Badewanne keine Haltestange. Es lagen auch kaum Kosmetikartikel bereit. Wer auf ultra weiche Betten steht, der wird einen erholsamen Schlaf haben. Die Lage des Hotels war allerdings super und man hatte es nur 5 Minuten Gehweg zu Restaurants. Das Frühstück war ok. Der Obstsalat war allerdings nicht so frisch, also Finger weg, wenn man keinen Durchfall möchte. Die wenigen warmen Speisen waren lecker. Aber die Auswahl könnte im Vergleich zu Deutschlands Novotels größer sein. Die Parkgarage war ein Graus. Bei der Ausfahrt kamen wir trotz hochmotorisiertem SUV nicht ohne Burn Out aus der Garage. Bitte meidet daher unbedingt die Parkgarage.

Hotel en buen estado, moderno, limpio, personal amable y desayuno correcto, EL ÚNICO PROBLEMA QUE TE HACEN RETENCIÓN DE DINERO EN LA VISA PARA POSIBLES DESPERFECTOS Y PARA DEVOLVER LA CAUCION SIMPRE TARDAN MÁS DE 10 DÍAS, es la última vez que me alojaré en este tipo de hoteles ya que es la 3 vez que me lo hacen.
