Happy to let my pets stay

Was convient

Rooms were dirty and the staff was rude

I'll be back for sure.

This was booked after midnight due to my arriving late. They refused to check me in and refused to refund my money.

This was a super small room and the shower was weird. At 5am there was a bunch of yelling and screaming from the outside

Everything was good except for the shower handle wasn't put on correctly or something so I had no hot water to take a shower. Also he did not offer me another room he said they were full but if I wanted to take a shower I could let him know and could use another room for that or he could reduce my room rate which they did but only by $20

Phone in room didn't work. No Kleenex.

Rooms are not like the pictures, roaches, blankets had holes in them. Bathroom had burn marks all through out.,room stinks bad

No hot water or water pressure

Well I didn't get to check in because I didn't have my ID but I had other forms of ID they wouldn't except them they did not try to work with me in any shape, form or fashion I lost a bit a money because I rode in a Lyft to get there just to be told I couldn't stay there this was the worst I lost money wasted time and honestly I feel like I just got scammed because I don't think this is going to get corrected and if there is a temp to fix it I know I'm gonna get the run around this is just too much and very disappointing😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Worse place ive ever stayed at. There was poop on the toilet seat. The only rag in the bathroom had yellowish brownish crusty stuff on it. The place looks like it is falling apart and they just keep patching it. Creepy people are walking around outside all hours of the night talking to themselves. When we said something to the front desk, he said we would have to speak to the manager.

They entered my room before 11 am without knocking to see if I was in there
